The room was spacious, clean, and stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths, which I appreciated. When we arrived, there wasn’t a luggage cart available, and the staff member actually checked each floor to find one for us. That level of effort really stood out and showed great service.
I also requested a few things from the front desk during my stay, and they either provided what I needed or directed me right away. The location is very convenient with the mall directly across the street. Breakfast was decent and the overall stay was comfortable.
Solid hotel with good service and a great location.

I love this hotel! We would stay here every time, at least once or twice a year. We just also finally got time to celebrate our anniversary after a busy summer season. We chose and booked this place ahead of time as well for the celebration. But yesterday, we checked in and there front desk clerk “Ali” found our booking and ask for physical card. I hand him my apple card that I used to book and paid it ahead of time but he declined and said they don’t accept apple card and that I need to pay with a different card. I keep explaining that I book and paid for it ahead of time and that if he could just take a look. He didn’t and still insisted for a new card and he said “I need a card with numbers on it, the real one” and keep repeating it like my card was fake. So I went and pay with my other card. So basically I got double charged yesterday. I went back the night before and purchased some water and used my apple card and guess what IT WORKED. So I told him, “I guess this card works” and he said “only on purchased items”. I let it go and went back to our room but need to call again because we couldn’t go through the Wifi. He simply just said “keep trying” and never call back to help us. I was so disappointed. Good thing the next morning, the two ladies at the front desk we’re so nice. Talked to them about it and they took action about it. Now I’m at ease. Don’t get me wrong, the rooms are really nice and clean. I get that people can be racist towards us but we are humans too, we deserve equal respect as well. Just wanted to share this experience. Hoping it won’t happen again. Thank you!

I experienced a horrible case of racial profiling at this hotel. I paid for a room only to be denied access. Told that there was no way I could be staying there. I checked myself in digitally and was even stalked harassed and followed to my room by hotel staff. I had to threaten to call the cops on the workers. I have still yet to hear back from anyone. 150 bucks only to be in the place for four hours and not Get any sleep because I felt unsafe. Black people are not welcome here.

Update: now reduced to one star due to canned response and complete lack of ownership of hotel failures by management.
I debated and decided to be generous and give 2 stars because the room itself was generally clean and the bed comfortable. Other than that, the stay was very disappointing. From the moment we walked in there was one issue after the next and the basic expecations from a hotel were not met.
Our room was not ready at the 3pm check in time so we sat around waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes. At which point we had to leave due to an engagement, unable to change into proper attire for the event beforehand.
Then despite the house cleaning delay that day, the body wash in the shower was not refilled, resulting in it running out mid shower the following morning. We then arrived back at our room in the late afternoon of our second day to find that it was never cleaned. So now along with no soap in the shower, we also had no clean towels. When I went to the front desk to get these items the individual may have tried to explain that the maid comes every other day, but this wasn't clear. We certainly were not informed of that when we checked in, if that is in fact the case.
The front desk workers while cordial and apologetic apparently have no authority so when I mentioned these issues I was told I would need to contact the general manager. I SENT AN EMAIL TO THE GM OVER A WEEK AGO AND THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE, NOT EVEN AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF MY CONCERNS AND AN APOLOGY. Apparently whoever runs this hotel is not aware that they are in the hospitality industry. The minimum hospitality expectations were not met. We chose this hotel thinking that the Hilton name meant that very basic expecations of a hotel would be met, which clearly was not the case.
Oh, and neither of the reading lights next to the bed worked.
Being able to actually check in at check in time, bath soap, clean towels, working lights, and the COMMON COURTESY OF A RESPONSE FROM GM should not be an issue when spending good money to have a nice getaway. If you don't care about these things then you might have no issue staying here.
