- BBBrian Bourgault3 days ago4.0We spent two nights here recently. Was in town for a brother passing. We had two dogs with us. Rachel at the front desk was awesome I think she was the best one, she was very nice and accommodating. I think $75 for a pet fee is a little high. The two USB ports in the room did not work, they had power but when you plugged your USB cord in they would not fit in tight enough and hold to be able to charge anything. Other than that our experience was pretty good.

The eggs did not taste like eggs and barely anything looked edible. This hotel is one of the cheapest in Portland though, so I suppose you get what you paid for… My flight was delayed 6-7 hours and I asked if I could come back since I technically paid for the morning still (checked out at 3am) and only wanted to relax for the morning before their check out time. They could not accommodate. Also, heads up. Walls and floors are thin. You can head EVERYTHING in other rooms.

I suggested that even a folding chair will be fine (the flexible office chairs bother my husband’s back). The manager, Jose, said that there are no exceptions- we cannot have a chair. We have been gold and diamond Hilton members for over five years. Jose is the worst hotel employee we have experienced. He made no effort to accommodate us.

- SSSamantha “Sami” SarahNov 29, 20253.0Honestly, I wanted to give it 4-stars but the noise issues knock it down to 3. We as a couple were here for 7 days. Rooms are clean, TV is decent size. Shower only was a bummer but hot water and pressure were good. Proximity to the hotel and the shuttle service was great. Staff was friendly and great through the holidays. Breakfast is complimentary and they have a decent spread in the mornings. Laundry is available but a bit on the expensive side, it will run you about $10 a load. Biggest issue was noise - noise proofing within the hotel is rough. Kids screaming, floor above stomping then the fire alarm in someone's room randomly going off and it took quite awhile to turn off. The noise proofing from outside the hotel such as airplane noise is actually quite good, just internal is rough.
