I have delivery of refrigerated meds every 3 days and the staff are great to get it to my room as soon as it is delivered to the desk. My dish washer was not draining after a wash cycle. I Told the desk staff, 1 hour later a tech was at my door he fixed it and works great now. I suggest to sign up for hilton honors that is a good deal too!

But, when we were trying to stay on budget during the Maine Marathon weekend, we opted to stay 15 minutes south of downtown Portland. The hotel actually is quite a distance away from the jetport (approx 5 miles?) so you don't hear any airport noise. It also is nestled in a fairly remote area, away from the large mall and shopping area less than a mile away. The staff were mostly helpful, the sole exception being the late night desk clerk; but, everyone has an "off" shift, and I am sure that this was the case. The day staff and kitchen staff were amazing on each day that we stayed. The rooms are very very clean and without any flaws (that we could see). The indoor pool and hot tub also were very clean and well maintained. While this hotel isnt the most conveniently located for doing things in Portland, the value and quietness and overall state of the property make it a great option.

From being greeted at the front desk every morning with a friendly smile, to the quick and top notch service, to the beautiful and clean room we stayed in, everything was better than I had expected. As Hilton Honors Diamond members, we were extremely impressed by this hotel. They were quick to respond to our requests for a crib and extra pillows for our son and the room had so much space, our son absolutely loved exploring it! We were only in the area for a few days visiting family in Maine from Florida but if we ever come back again, we will be sure to keep this hotel at the top of our list! Thank you so much!
