  This is not the worst hotel I’ve ever been yo, but it’s far from the best. It was a bit cheaper than the other options, and IHG is usually a trustworthy brand. The hotel is run down. I wouldn’t quite go as far to say dirty, but it does need attention. Some weird things. My door handle barely works, so you have to lift upward to open the door. Second, there’s a red stain on the wall next to the trash can (hopefully ketchup). Finally, for some reason there’s a toilet paper roll lodged in the bathroom light/fan. Every bit of furniture is scuffed up or worn out. Paint is chipped all over the walls. I loved the option to have a laundry room at our disposal for no extra charge, but after 3 rounds our clothes still weren’t dry. The beds are comfortable enough, but I would really recommend looking elsewhere if you have the opportunity.

  I have had 80 stays at IHG properties over the last year. This place was old, not well kept, and disgusting. It was so noisy all night because the outside doors slam. This place needs torn down and rebuilt.

  Je viens d’arriver tard ce soir. La chambre est parfaite. Impeccable et espacée. Il y a tout ce que j’a besoin pour vivre. Je vivrais bien ici dans cette chambre plutôt que dans un appartement. Le chien est accepté ce qui est merveilleux. Je passe deux nuits alors je verrai bien si ma première impression est aussi excellente après mon séjour. J’ai lu les derniers commentaires qui font peur sur l’états des chambres et le service. Ce n’est pas moi qui a fait le Check in donc pour l’attente de certains parlent je ne peux pas le prononcer. J’a vu la machine à glace, la machine à café, le mini dépanneur, la salle informatique et le gym. Quand je dis qu’il y a tout pour vivre heureuse toute ma vie dans cette chambre c’est que tout y est où est disponible. J’ai un gros réfrigérateur avec congélateur, un lave vaisselle (que je n’utilise jamais dans ma vie), une plaque à induction, un très gros micro-ondes, la vaisselle et chaudrons. Si j’ai besoin d’un slow cooker ou autre petit appareil de cuisine…ils sont accessibles (dans l’armoire vitrée dans la salle informatique, même place où on trouve des films en DVD et des livres à emprunter) pour apporter à ma chambre. Il manque que la laveuse et sécheuse à vêtements dans la chambre mais c’est comme chez moi j’en ai pas donc ça ne me dérange pas. Je vivrais vraiment bien ici. C’est merveilleux. Ce matin je suis accueilli par Shar. Il est vraiment gentil et souriant. J’ai rencontré un homme de maintenance dehors tout aussi sympathique.

  I was charged for an additional night than my reservation. The general manager Mike Sand never returned my call and my number sat at the front desk for 4 days. They said no one else was above him to resolve my issue, however a week later Michelle, the director of sales as she introduced herself as, called and said she handled the refund. Im still waiting unfortunately. Then to top things off when I arrives they said my reservation was wrong and no rooms were available. I showed my confirmation and then they magically found me a room. The room wasn't clean, I had to go and change the sheets. On top of everything, the metal shower rod fell and got my wife. It was barely hanging there. The plug was broke and sitting on the corner of the tub. There wasn't a hook on the back of the door, just s bracket. There was some sticky area on the floor that was tacky. There was s reddish brown substance on the black out curtain of the bedroom. I didn't take pics of the pans, however there was stuff that had been burnt on them that I had to go buy things to scrub and clean them bc nothing is provided except soap and a wash cloth. When addressing the issue with the staff, they offered no resolve and just said they would turn all the issues over to the maintenance guy. I contacted IHG the owners group of the hotel, they only reply through texts and said they can only offer rewards the some what equate to one night's stay if I wanted to sign up for rewards, I freaky don't care to sign up for rewards especially after the way I had been treated. No one was pleasant to deal with during any time of trying to resolve anything. Of course the ask for s trading of how well they handle my situation many of times. They also said they couldn't give me a check or return any kind of money for the shape the room was in due to security reasons. Trust me I'm trying to sum this up as well bc there was so much said and no results to make things right

  Good hotel with various restaurants, shops, retail stores close. Used as a base to see various historical sites. Pet friendly, which is a plus for me. Parking lot and around the buildings, there are two, is a little dark at night when taking the pup out.
