  The staff was really nice and the location was convenient but the rooms are gross. They didn't smell great and my bathroom had dried pee all over the toilet seat. It was uncomfortable wondering what else wasn't cleaned properly such as sheets etc. I wish it was stated there was no elevator as carrying my baby and several bags up the stairs was a pain. I will definitely pay the little extra for a better hotel next time.

  Its 7 degrees out and they don't turn the heat on on the rooms. Offered to refund me but claims I paid through expedia when I paid them directly. Do NOT stay here!

  Disgusting and Unprofessional Avoid this hotel at all costs. My room was filthy, with an uncleaned bathroom and grimy surfaces. The staff was rude and dismissive when I complained. The worst part? I woke up with a red, itchy rash after sleeping in their beds. This place is not just dirty; it's a health hazard. Do not risk your health or money here. An appalling experience from start to finish.
