My fiance and I had the most wonderful experience at the Grand Hotel on our special occasion. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Our stay their will always be a memory we will never forget and the staff had a huge responsibility for that. I can not thank them enough for making the night so special. Thank you and we will definitely be back.

Horrible experience. Hotel and staff was nice but they said our kids were to loud and could not return. I would not recommend going here if you have children.

Room was nice but the virtual key/app did not work and the hotel DID NOT leave a physical key as they stated they would. Process was horrible and had to go to a nearby hotel to pickup a physical key with little to no assistance (canned/recorded message when calling the virtual "front desk").
