Our family has stayed here before. Small but adequate pool on the first floor along with the fitness room. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, nice hot shower, plenty of towels, small bar/lounge area, and a microwave and small fridge in each room. Location is within walking distance for shopping all the stores on Main Street in Freeport; plus I could walk to a nearby church for Mass.

Stayed here over Christmas to be close to family and had a wonderful experience. Everyone in the hotel was friendly and welcoming, especially Anita and Jameel at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us with a room change.
We also loved spending time at the bar with Jen who was fun, professional, and we watched her impressive handling of a difficult guest. Parking lots and sidewalks were cleared quickly after a big snowstorm, which we really appreciated.
Smiles all around during the holidays. We’ll definitely be back.

The rooms are like all hiltons. We could not hook our firestick up to the TV and when we asked for Tech supports number ( which we get at all other hotels, Hamptons and hiltons) we were told by the manager that they have very expensive stuff and do not want anything hooked onto their tvs. Yet they have the gaming channels which require hooking into their TVs. So we were pretty much told we were dumb. But that's OK there are plenty of places that treat us kindly and we will stay at them. Shame on you.

The only reason that I rated The Hilton Garden Inn as a 4 star instead of a 5 star is that other Hilton Hotels that we've stayed in had a continental breakfast included in the room fee. This one did not. Otherwise, everything was perfect (clean, quiet, comfortable beds and friendly, knowledgeable front desk staff). A plus that's not mentioned online, there was a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig in the room.

We had a great mid-week stay down at the hotel last week. The facility is great, well maintained, shoveled, salted, and the central location came in handy for shopping and dining. Heidi at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Jen at the bar made us some tasty night caps and Krystina ensured we got a delicious breakfast. All in all it was a superb visit and we definitely would recommend this property.
