Stayed for 3 nights but had two separate reservations. So on day 2 I went to the front desk in the morning (maybe 9-930) to be sure we'd get housekeeping services where it looked like it was only my first night on the reservation. The lady at the desk was happy to get someone to do that as they were all out cleaning at the time anyways. I told her we were leaving for a few hours so anytime would be fine. When we came back around 1 our room still hasn't been cleaned. All our towels were dirty on the floor and we needed a few supplies replaced. I went to the front desk again and the same lady was amazed no one cleaned our room! At this point all of housekeeping had left and someone else from the front offered to service our room. We told her we were going to step out for a bit so she could have the room to herself. We went outside for about 20-25 minutes and when we returned OUR ROOM STILL HADN'T BEEN TOUCHED! At this point I was upset and went to the front desk just to request new towels and forget the room cleaning. Someone then delivered towels and trash bags to our room and removed our dirty towels. When I go on vacation I look forward to housekeeping services. Beyond that, one of the breakfast attendants tended to hover while we were getting our food and my husband noticed he had a "mess" in his pants discouraging him from eating more. The rooms aren't quite soundproof as we heard our neighbors often. I imagine they could hear us to as there was a knock on the wall a few times. Everyone seemed friendly enough and we had a few good laughs but there were a few things that make me question coming back to this location. Swimming pool was on point and we always had it to ourselves!

My cousin and I took a quick girl's get away weekend on Sept. 27-28th. It was a good place to stay. The rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds. The pool was great and bathroom had extra towels. Also, the staff were very friendly EXCEPT for the kitchen lady serving the breakfest. She must of had in a BAD morning. She was slamming chaffing lids down and being really tiffy with all the customers. The breakfest itself was lame. There were fake eggs and no meat. No sausage or bacon. I had some toast. Coffee station needed an upgrade. No real half and half, just those little cups not refrigerated. I've had better at different Hampton Inn locations. It was a tight area for serving and eating.
