  paid for the breakfast rate with my room. was told by the restaurant staff and the front desk that what i paid for they never heard of before even though i went directly through the website. i ended up paying on top of that for the breakfast. as i was walking out passing the kitchen i heard the staff talking and laughing about me. spoke to the front and was told id get a refund i still have yet to receive. weird the restaurant had no idea about the breakfast voucher and rude of them to speak about me in that way when they thought i couldn’t hear especially since my 5 year old heard them. i was really nice to them on top of all that so it’s was unnecessary for them to talk about me like that. def won’t be back and not worth adding the breakfast rate on top because they will make you pay regular pricing once you arrive.

  My last experience at a BW in OKC left me scarred for life, so it was nice get my faith restore with a solid visit and staff. The staff was so kind when I had to extend my stay last minute.

  Rooms are clean and newly renovated, but the continuous smell of pot in the hallways was a huge turn off. Seemed more expensive than necessary for the time of year, and was placed in the furthest room upstairs for some reason. A phone call from someone on the staff later in the day was significantly offputting given he accused me of some damage damaged on a door in the hallway. Very odd, I told him to check the cameras which he said he had not done yet. My room was in great shape, Never heard from them again. I suspect that will be my last visit there.

  The renovations that have been done here are beautiful. The lobby is spacious, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the food options are delicious!
