  This was the first time I've ever booked a hotel and my first time solo traveling but they made it so easy! Check in was fast plus you can pre register online if you want to make it even faster! The women working the desk was so friendly and helpful both times I went there. Cozy room! Floor didn't appear to be vacuumed too well but I don't walk around barefoot anyway. Rest of the room was spotless! I'll definitely be staying here again! With so many options in the area, don't stress! This place is the way to go!

  My girlfriend & myself stayed here this past weekend for a birthday & romantic getaway. Location was great, because we got to eat at Dysart's twice, which was really nice. The Whitehouse Inn is large & beautiful with plenty of parking. We stayed in the Maine Lodge suite that had lots of room, wonderful decor, jacuzzi tub, nice large shower & warm fireplace! Staff here were the most pleasant friendly people we've experienced anywhere in a long time & the buffet breakfast was very delicious! We are extremely happy we stayed here & highly recommend anyone to do the same. Thank you Whitehouse Inn for such a lovely experience!

  Not a horrible last minute place to stay but the bedding wasn’t clean (small black hairs all through it) along with the bathroom having small hairs and grime built up around the toilet.. also there was a half drank Diet Coke in the fridge when we got into the room that was the first sign it wasn’t clean. also the fire alarm kept beeping 5+ times throughout the night (I think it was a warning the battery’s where low) Don’t get me wrong the place looks nice & would be great with better cleaning and up keep on the rooms!

  The BEST Best Western. Has a single mom traveling with two kids I read a lot of reviews before I go places and even though the reviews already won me on this place before we showed up, the location itself still blew me away. It was Christmas time and the hotel was decorated so thoroughly for Christmas that I can’t even imagine what it looks like for Halloween, which they said is the season they go all out for. The little White House theme goes throughout the hotel and there is even a long cord order that has all of the presidents head shots with fun facts about them. There are two really nice lobby areas that appear almost living room lake and have big tic-tac-toe checkers and chest set up to play. We made the mistake of going to the truckstop for breakfast. One day I say mistake because the free breakfast at the hotel is so much better. The hot tub is kid friendly, and was a big win for my son. The only negative I could say is that the quality of the mattresses in the room could’ve been a little better but for the price we paid it was still way better than I expected, but I don’t wanna sit here and speak like the golden child for this place and have somebody misled. I absolutely cannot wait until our next trip to the area so that we can stay here again. I would never even think about staying anywhere else.
