Hotel was in a good location. The employee at the front desk, was very professional and super nice. Room was nice. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. The pillows looked like couch throw pillow, they are shoved into pillow cases that are way too small. Need was hard and you could feel the springs. The "comforter" was what I can only think was either a mattress pad or a bed skirt in between 2 sheets. The extra blanket that was in the closet was not folded nicely and was dirty which made me think it had been used and not cleaned. If it wasn't for the bed and bedding situation this would be a 5 star. I considered changing hotels or going to target to buy my own pillow and blanket. I have added a picture of the comforter as well as a bed pillow next to a throw pillow.

Found a roach bait in our room! Front desk said it was from guest. So I guess they don’t clean their rooms.

I rented a suite on Valentines for my girlfriend and I. They have an indoor pool so we invited the grandkids to come and hang out. They had such a great time. The room was very clean with a full kitchen, pullout couch, king size bed. Great breakfast setup and very friendly service. Very reasonable price. Will definitely go back.

. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Yesterday I visited this hotel and was treated like garbage by two female employees. From the moment we walked in, they stared at us with pure disgust, like we didn’t belong there. The attitude was cold, judgmental, and completely unprofessional. It honestly felt racist. No greeting, no respect, just nasty looks and bad energy. This is NOT how you treat paying customers or human beings. A hotel should make people feel welcome — not looked down on like they’re “less than.” This experience was embarrassing and infuriating. Management seriously needs to train their staff on basic respect and professionalism. Until then, I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of hotels out there that actually know how to treat people with dignity. Avoid this place.

I always enjoy staying at the Senator. The employees are amazing. Some rooms are decent, but severely overpriced. Some rooms are huge or with amenities that present value. I wish there were a points program or 'earn a free night' offers, if there are some available than staff has not shared that benefit. But they are always clean, quiet and very comfortable rooms. The pool and hot tub are a bit "hidden" but once you find them they are clean and the hot tub is amazing.
