The little touches like the complimentary bottled water and the availability of hot coffee and tea were much appreciated. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and located in a safe area with plenty of parking available, which made coming and going easy and stress-free. What stood out most was the staff — every employee I interacted with was friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to providing great customer service. We asked her to take photos of us, we spilled our coffee and she cleaned it up with a smile, we even asked her for a lint roller which she had. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and was very welcoming.
