- SGSteve Gammon3 days ago1.0We stayed here for one night while traveling for work. To be fair, the price was good, and the rooms were clean and seemed well kept. However at 11:00pm, people who were returning from a basketball tournament held at the Civic Center that night, began congregating in the corridor on the 2nd floor. They were cheering, shouting, running up and down the hall, banging on walls and doors for hours. It was basically a party in the corridor with people from multiple rooms. After several hours, we called the front desk at 1:00am, then again at 2:00am. Nothing was done either time. I don't know how a hotel can charge people who are just looking for somewhere to sleep, and allow this to happen. It was impossible to sleep at all. We will never stay in a Best Western Hotel again.

- ARAaron RobertsFeb 14, 20261.02/13/2026 The front desk person I think the manager (last name Donald?) treated me like a criminal accused me of altering the hotel CLC card and refused to allow me to check in. She went round and round about it. I’ve been traveling for work for like 15 years now stayed at this hotel in the past several times now, and she is the only person that has ever done that. After a series of phone calls and her taking my drivers license she finally (after getting the information from someone else and a phone call directly to her not from my cellphone) she finally chilled out. So thank you for the second class citizen status your attitude was relayed to CLC and they’ll reevaluate what your problem is.

The staff goes above and beyond for us and the continental breakfast is one of the best. We enjoy seeing familiar faces when we return. Thanks again!!
