- DDDana4 days ago5.0מלון מעולה ומומלץ חמישה כוכבים. החדרים יפים ונוחים, המיקום מצוין. מעבר לכך שהמלון עצמו ברמה גבוהה מאוד, השירות טוב מאד. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת ומגוונת. הצוות קשוב, אדיב ועושה הכל כדי שהאורחים ירגישו בנוח ויצאו מרוצים. חוויית אירוח נפלאה, בטוח נחזור שוב!

- Aصلاح البلويAug 6, 20265.0فندق رائع حقا يقع بالقرب من مدينة بودفا القديمة، وعلى مقربة من الشاطئ ومراكز التسوق. حصلت لي مشكلة عند تسجيل الدخول المبكر الساعة 12 ظهرا وتعامل موظفات الاستقبال كان غير جيد ولكن بعد المناقشه حضر مدير الاستقبال انسان رائع و مدير محترف( Redven ) وحل المشكله وقدم الاعتذار وتم تسليم الغرفه شكرا له ----------------- A truly wonderful hotel located near Budva's Old Town, close to the beach and shopping centers. I encountered an issue during early check-in at noon, and the reception staff's attitude was poor; however, after discussing the matter, the reception manager—a wonderful person and a true professional named Redven—stepped in. He resolved the issue, apologized, and ensured the room was handed over. My thanks go to him.
- OTOlga TiticaJul 27, 20265.0We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, Niko made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with nice views and all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal, close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of variety. We especially appreciated the thoughtful treats waiting for us in our room. Since the staff knew we were celebrating our babymoon, they even congratulated us, which made the experience feel even more personal and special. We would gladly stay here again!
- Aלאון בנהרוש בוהרJul 20, 20264.0המיקום מעולה! ממש במרכז העניינים קרוב לטיילת החוף אבל אין להם סידור עם אחד החופים למעט 10% הנחה. חדרים חדשים ונוחים והמלון ברמה גבוהה, אבל 1. הבריכה קטנה, הרחבה מדורגת ואין מספיק שמשיות. 2. בחדר שלנו היו לפעמים גלי ריח כיוון תעלת המקלחון. 3. עשו לנו בלאגן ואי נעימות עם סוגיית התשלום - קודם ביקשו תשלום ורק בזכות עירנות שלי שמתי לב שהסוכן כבר חייב אותי על החדר, אח"כ הסתבר שהסכום שחוייבתי נמוך בהרבה ממה שהם דרשו וביקשו לתת להם זמן לבדוק. חזרנו למחרת לקבלה ועדיין הופיע שאנחנו בחוב כלפיהם וביקשו שנחזור שוב. ביקשנו פיצוי דל של ארוחת בוקר על הטרטור, אך המנהלת הסכימה רק לארוחה אחת( מתוך 3). הסוגייה כאילו נפתרה ערב לפני העזיבה, אבל אז הסתבר שחייבו אותנו על ביטוח ומיסוי יותר ממה שהיה כתוב בדף ההזמנה( שאגב הועברה להם על ידי במייל) חוויה שיכלה להיות טובה יותר כי המלון סה"כ בסדר... וחבל
