  I had a very disappointing experience with the hotel’s service. I am staying here with a small child, and I only have about one hour of free time while my child is sleeping to use the gym. When I finally had the opportunity to go, I was refused entry because the gym was supposedly reserved for a private event. As a hotel guest, I find this completely unacceptable and very difficult to understand. If the gym is available to hotel guests, why can’t I use it when I have the only free hour I have? It is especially frustrating when you are travelling with a child and have very limited personal time. I also don’t understand why the hotel rents out the gym for private events at the expense of paying guests. Guests should be informed in advance about such restrictions, or alternative arrangements should be provided. For a 5-star hotel, I expected a much more guest-oriented approach. The service was extremely disappointing.

  מלון מעולה ומומלץ חמישה כוכבים. החדרים יפים ונוחים, המיקום מצוין. מעבר לכך שהמלון עצמו ברמה גבוהה מאוד, השירות טוב מאד. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת ומגוונת. הצוות קשוב, אדיב ועושה הכל כדי שהאורחים ירגישו בנוח ויצאו מרוצים. חוויית אירוח נפלאה, בטוח נחזור שוב!

  فندق رائع حقا يقع بالقرب من مدينة بودفا القديمة، وعلى مقربة من الشاطئ ومراكز التسوق. حصلت لي مشكلة عند تسجيل الدخول المبكر الساعة 12 ظهرا وتعامل موظفات الاستقبال كان غير جيد ولكن بعد المناقشه حضر مدير الاستقبال انسان رائع و مدير محترف( Redven ) وحل المشكله وقدم الاعتذار وتم تسليم الغرفه شكرا له ----------------- A truly wonderful hotel located near Budva's Old Town, close to the beach and shopping centers. I encountered an issue during early check-in at noon, and the reception staff's attitude was poor; however, after discussing the matter, the reception manager—a wonderful person and a true professional named Redven—stepped in. He resolved the issue, apologized, and ensured the room was handed over. My thanks go to him.
