  nice location close to 495. roomy clean. The carpet had an odor to it but not overbearing. my friend left her ring in the room. came home called the hotel and they had it for her. Very honest people I say.parking($20.00) is limited but offstreet parking is available. Great breakfast!

  Hotel under renovation. So we got newest room. Clean, comfortable and reasonable. Views from window ok. Breakfast was great. Everything what should be there we got. We had late check in so when we came was no available parking to purchase but just around the corner was free parking till 9 am. So it fit our need and we left by 9 am. Great to stop here if you traveling somewhere and need nice, clean room to get your energy back to continue your trip

  Check in Friday April 03,2026 for two nights but we check out the following day Saturday April 04 the main problem there’s a construction on top my room How can you RELAX to much noise I want my money back or refund Mr. Manager Do something about it.

  I thought about cancelling this reservation a million times before I actually arrived at this hotel. The reviews were atrocious. Bed bugs, roaches, bad service etc. But boy was I wrong. There was no vermin, no infestations. Believe I inspected my room before opening my luggage. The customer service was fabolous and helped us every step of the way. They also have free breakfast. Im lactose intolerant and was surprised by the options they had at the free breakfast buffet. The staff cleaned the rooms DAILY. I can tell this place went through a renovation. I would stay here again.

  1/5 - Do not book this until the renovation is done Front desk staff were friendly and the lobby coffee was decent. The Red Line is a 15-minute walk. That is the complete list of positives for a four-night stay. The hotel is mid-renovation and this is not disclosed at booking. What that means in practice: you are living inside an active construction zone. Power tools running in every direction, surrounding rooms being ripped apart, heavy equipment dropped on the floor above rattling the walls, drilling that cuts through everything. Construction crews in the hallway outside your door from 8am, talking loudly, playing music. Hallways blocked with construction material, covered in dust and debris, and carrying the distinct smell of a building being torn apart. That dust and that smell come into the room. For four nights, there is no quiet, no clean, no fresh air, no escape from it. The room itself is dated and cramped. Weak water pressure. Slow elevators. Wobbly lobby furniture that felt like a liability waiting to happen, in a lobby that was visibly unclean. The coffee is good. It is not four-nights-in-a-construction-zone good. Save yourself. Book somewhere else.
