Our chapel has Sunday service in one of their meeting rooms. Nice room, large TV monitor. Hotel is not luxurious but very adequate. Parking is free, and very conveniently located near the beltway.

We are a family of 5 and we usually like to stay at Home2 Suites. This location, however, was not up to par with many of the other locations we have stayed at.
The location was convenient. We did the mobile check in process. When we entered our room, it smelled bad and the heat was on pretty high. (It was about 10 degrees outside). But, I just figured the odor would go away once we got the temperature in the room down. The odor never really went away. ...and the temperature in our room never got lower than 74. I didn't complain at the time, because we had unpacked hours prior, and it just seemed like a hassle to pack up and go to another room. ...if one was even available. I went across the street and bought some air fresheners and just tried to make due. We were only there for 2 nights....but, between the smell and the humidity in our room, it wasn't very pleasant.
I mentioned this to the front desk clerk as we checked out. She said the manager would contact us, but the manager never did.
Overall, the staff was not real friendly. Some of the front desk people we constantly on their phones.... one was even having personal conversations loudly through her speaker phone.
In the morning, trash was overflowing from the trash cans during breakfast.
The pool was nice.
The person who was cleaning the lobby and common areas during the evening was a very friendly man. Some of the other guests smoked a lot of pot, and it causes the hallways and elevators to smell bad. This cleaning person was very attentive to the issue and I saw him take care of smell more than once.
I waivered between a 2-3 star experience. It was just "ok", I guess. I just expect better from this price range.

I usually don't have a problem with the cleanliness of the rooms, but my last stay I got in the shower, turned around, & noticed a bunch of brunette hair stick to wall. I was disgusted!

The parking lot has 6 EV chargers but most of them are broken and when I called EV connect they made it sound like they have been out of service for a while 😕 if you are going to claim to have an amenity it should be in service

I had an excellent experience during my stay, thanks in large part to Moe. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. From answering questions to offering solutions before I even had to ask, Moe showed outstanding professionalism and genuine care.
