    Listen, if you're looking for a nice, quiet, and peaceful stay, you found it here. The staff is super nice and Rome was so gracious and accommodating to me after a long trip. The breakfast was amazing!! The rooms are cozy and immaculate. If I could give this hotel more stars, I most definitely would!! This will definitely be our go to spot when we're in town!!!

    This is an outdated & poorly run facility. Old building, with old and dirty stinky carpets on the hallways. Door keys & elevator malfunction numerous times on a single stay. I believe the onsite managers are inefficiennt. When you check in it is not uncommon to have a glitch on their system & see 2-3 staff on a single computer scrambling to fix an issue while people are waiting inpatiently in the queue. Hospitality is highly inconsistent obviously there are good & professionals people at the front desk but some who work at night shift are very rude, unprofessional & do not have a clue about customer service. They charge 20 dollars/per day for parking. I know this establishment for more than 5 years & things are getting worse & declining rather than improving. I do not recommend staying in this hotel.

    Even though my stay was okay. I'm mad at the fact that I have to keep calling you guys to get my deposit back. That's $200 that I need right now. Why do I have to keep calling you for my money. This is a nightmare. Why would I want to ever stay again 😕 Ugh!

    A complete nightmare — do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!!! This hotel is a complete disaster. We got room 327, and I swear we’ll never forget it. The entire place reeked of cigarettes and marijuana the pillows, the sheets, the air, everything. When we complained, they said “No other rooms available.” After insisting again because it was impossible to stay there, they finally moved us to a “temporary” room for people with disabilities. That one didn’t smell like smoke, but it still had a disgusting odor. The carpet was filthy and stained, the bathroom was dirty, the sink sticky, and there were bugs crawling around. The air conditioner didn’t work, and everything felt old, dirty, and neglected. I don’t even want to imagine what breakfast is like if the rooms are this bad. This place should be inspected it’s beyond unacceptable. Don’t even think about staying here not worth a single dollar. Disgusting and depressing. The responsibility for the horrible condition of this hotel should fall on whoever is in charge of sanitation and guest well being not on the employees. Clearly, if the hotel is in this state, the staff must be paid miserably too.
