    I had such a great experience staying here that I felt like I had to share. I first stayed at this hotel in the summer of 2025, and since then I’ve come back three more times. A huge reason for that is the staff. The front desk team is outstanding. Aaron is absolutely amazing. He is incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional every time I interact with him. He goes out of his way to make sure guests feel welcomed and taken care of, and you can tell he genuinely cares about customer experience. Faith is also wonderful. She is informative, efficient, and always ready to help with anything you need. She brings positive energy to the front desk, and it really makes a difference after a long day of travel. It’s rare to find a hotel where the staff consistently makes you feel this valued as a guest. The level of friendliness and service here is exactly why I keep coming back. Highly recommend staying here if you want a comfortable stay with truly exceptional service.

    I wish google had negative stars for me to give it to them! Customer service is pathetic…. The man on the front desk while i was standing in the line decided to serve someone else i told him i have been here for a while but he said i will randomly select… i didn’t like that and then i i insisted he said he is not going to to serve me! I said i want yo talk to manager… manager comes without talking to me or listening to me he said he cancelled my booking. They have nothing but worst customer service. I believe manager could have been nice and atleast listen to me while i had kid and pet with me and after 2 hr wait still i wasn’t served. Moral at this place is zero …

    Stayed here for a few days. Had a mostly good experience. Docking a star because for some reason the front staff felt it was necessary to call me three times before 9:00 AM for check out even though it is at 11:00 AM and stood at my door at 10:15am like a door to door salesman asking me if I was aware that checkout was at 11 AM. I answered the phone but my room phone did not work. I guess the staff telling me check out time during check in, the check in time being written on my key card holder, or the time being shown on my third party booking site wasn’t enough. I really hope this is not a part of policy. Get it together.
