    Most of the rooms have the electric roll-up blinds NOT WORKING...!!!! The cleaning girls are not trained.!!! I give this hotel minus one 🌟 Good bones the building itself is okay. Only one elevator working. Breakfast..????? I would rather go to Mickie Ds or IHOP...!!!

    We stayed for two nights, and overall, the hotel was just okay. It’s an older property, and the rooms really need some upgrades. The carpet throughout the hotel was noticeably dirty and definitely needs a deep cleaning — my socks got dirty within minutes of walking around the room. There was no room service during our stay, the pillows were flat, and while the bed was firm, it was uncomfortable. As a rewards member, we normally receive complimentary bottled water, but at this location, it was $2 per bottle in the room. No lotion in the lotion bottle attached to the wall in the bathroom (Empty) , and when I mentioned it to the front desk, the response was simply, “Oh wow.” The view from our room was AC units, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the shower was great, the location was convenient, and the front desk staff was kind and helpful. However, for the hotel’s name and reputation, I expected a cleaner, more comfortable, and better-maintained experience.

    It worked for what I needed. The room at first glance look good but on further inspection there's water stains on the ceiling and in the drawers, the shower leaks and the sink is cracked. Housekeeping did a decent job but just know they just remake the bed they don't put fresh sheets on. Location is great, it's next to a bunch of restaurants and literally down the road from a shopping centre.

    Good location and customer service from front desk staff. My only complaint was that there were no blind on the windows. I was there for funeral so not in the mood to be moved so I just tough it out since the sun did not rise on my side.
