Stayed here for 2 days & really enjoyed it! Leo at the desk was especially joyful and helped me with parking in the garage beyond my checkout time. The hotel feels very secure, as a solo female traveler I appreciated that elevator access to guest room floors requires a keycard. Cherry on top - the showers are amazing and the room darkening curtains are very effective.

hotel was fine. the policy of charging your card on file before you arrive and should be reconsidered. my card was charged at 10am before my arrival (around 6pm) on 12/30. i was staying with family members and the credit card we wanted to use for the stay was a different one than i guaranteed the reservation with. we checked out on the 3rd and im still waiting for the charges to be corrected. never been a problem before at every other hotel i’ve been to because they don’t charge me before i arrive. please rethink this annoying policy and be more consistent with the rest of the industry. thanks.

We arrived and checked in and our room was not clean, it had a smell and dark brown stain in the corner. We went back to the desk and Lisa was excellent taking care of us. She immediately changed our room and had the first room cleaned.

What makes this location special is the customer service. People like Elsa in the dining room, and those at reception work hard to.Please their customers. We appreciate Elsa so much that now we go back to the dining room even if we aren’t staying there. The room we stayed in, number 1617, has an extremely loud HVAC unit, and the Keurig machine did not work. Also wish they would offer Glasses other than the little plastic cups that are so bad for the environment. Summary is that we go back for the customer service and it is close to where we need to be.

Very disappointing stay. The room was uncomfortable from the start. The beds were not made properly and did not have the correct size fitted sheets, which made sleeping difficult. The TV in the room was not working, making the morning especially frustrating. It had no live television. When we tried to access youtube, there was no volume from the TV. The front desk reported that the hotel engineer starts work at 8AM, which is very reasonable except when you have a little kid who looks forward to hotel cartoons! There is also no coffee pot set up in the lobby, so you are forced to buy coffee from Starbucks or the hotel restaurant. On top of that, the buffet breakfast costs $22 per person, which feels excessive given the overall experience. Overall, basic comfort and amenities were lacking, and I would not choose to stay here again.
