I've had almost live in this hotel for months at a time for work over the last few years and most of the staff have remained the same. Even when I was gone for almost 2 years when I walked in the door they remembered me and made me feel at home again immediately.

We had a first floor room right next to the breakfast area which we don’t mind at all but except for there were like 8 people talking loudly until 1am and the front desk wouldn’t do anything about it. In the morning, we ask for a late checkout since we’re regular costumers and nope, denied. When we went out to check out to get some coffee and water, so I went to the breakfast area to get the water from the dispenser and the cleaning lady yelled at us for walking in that area for about 3 seconds literally. The staff is not friendly and the front desk associate doesn’t express good energy. Forgot to mention our room was out of soap. Hope you guys can fix this issues. We don’t feel welcome anymore…

Breakfast was fine. They had oatmeal and hard boiled eggs which is what I usually eat. Eggs weren't peeled, but I prefer that.
