    The room was great but my daughter and i got no sleep. The person in the room next to us SNORED so loud all night. It honestly sounded like they we're in the room with us. Extremely tired this morning.

    Great hotel great food great rooms but don’t rely on front desk to help. When u make a reservation for a family trip and they tell you they have fixed it so you can have conjoined rooms only to find out at check in that the rooms are across the hall from each other after talking to management they were no help. Love Hampton inn and mostly the only place I stay. Salisbury needs to look at there management and front desk

    Booked thru Hilton and apparently they dont know much about their own hotels. I paid more for 2 queen beds and this location only has double beds as per the lady at the desk.

    Shoutout to the overnight front desk guy (Rashid?) and this Hampton Inn for true customer service, in a moment when it really mattered. I coordinated for my partner, who was on the road and unexpectedly needed to make an emergency stop in Salisbury for the night, to stay at this Hampton Inn property by booking it through the Hilton honors app (she was dealing with a situation out of her control and had no time to think about the hotel in the moment). Because I made the reservation at near midnight and she wasn’t going to be arriving for an unknown period until her work got resolved in the middle of the night, I called the front desk to explain the situation and that I had made a reservation, she was the guest coming in the middle of the night, etc. I may not have been the most calm and friendly as we were panicked trying to figure out a plan. I was so worried that I would be told “no” to some part of this and that she might be stranded in the middle of Salisbury at 2am. Instead, he was super calm, patient and professional. Best of all, he was able to make our plan work despite it being near the middle of the night and both of us having software issues AND us causing a situation that was out of the normal playbook/policy. There was not an ounce of frustration on his end, I was never made to feel like I was causing an issue. Then she was finally able to make it to the hotel at 2am, and he was super polite and accommodating. I was on the phone with her and overheard how he treated it like it was 2pm and a perfectly normal checkin. I’m so happy because we were in such a tight situation, but he was able to make it work as seamlessly as possible. My girlfriend could finally just get to the hotel and get some rest and everything was setup and ready as it needed to be, even though this was all very last minute and basically in the middle of the night. I believe his name was Rashid, but I may be butchering it b/c of the late night tumultuous situation we were trying to figure out. But seriously, he deserves a shoutout. I WILL be continuing to be a Hilton honors member and choosing Hilton properties over the competitors, and he played a huge role in that. For me, in a hotel chain, their midscale roadside property treating my partner like a valued guest when she’s beyond exhausted coming off the road and myself when I’m not even there, causing difficult situation ( and honestly me not being the most friendly on the phone), means a heck of a lot more to me than the champagne they hand me at the check-in of a luxury property.

    We only spent one night here but it couldn’t have been better. The room was large, clean and well appointed. The shower was perfect - the best of the hotels were visited on our trip. We had our dogs with us and there was a convenient area to walk them. Overall a great stay.
