    We just sign out today at 3/1 we checked in on 2/27. Let’s start off with the room the pull out bed had no pillows, blankets or sheets. The shower had no curtains and no iron board. We went down to the front desk to ask for some pillows, sheets and blanket they said they had no more. They gave an “alternative” that smelled like cigarettes. My father went the next day to ask for some and they told us they will be in our room when we come back because we had somewhere to be that Saturday. We come back there is blankets and sheets but no pillows, shower curtain or iron board. They finally got us a shower curtain with NO HOOKS!! The other shower with glass screen had no hot water. The day of check out we went to the front desk for some cookies and they told us they only have enough for incoming guests. Like excuse me how do you know you have enough for all “incoming guests”. You’ll most likely have to make some more for your “certain guests”. They told us that they have we can’t have access to the stairs case. My mom can’t do the elevator so that very inconvenience. The only positive thing they did was stock up on towels and wash cloths. Also they let the delivery person bring our food to our room when they said they don’t do that. Now the room was clean but all these problems we won’t be back in future times. Our family loves the doubletree and this is so sad to experience this but now we know.

    No this no that... checked in, no bottled water offered for diamond, no cookies offered for diamond, no available coffee in lobby for guest, no upgrades available for diamond, no alarm clock in room, no soap or shampoo, condenser dispensers in shower, one tiny bar of soap in room. Cannot put your food and beverage charges to room, as they say restaurant is not part of hilton, all in all room was okay with minor cosmetic discrepancies, check in person was nice but seemed unsure of what she was doing, all in all not a bad place to stay, rooms nice as well as fridge and micro in room, hotel lobby large and airy, all staff were friendly and accommodating, would stay here again one the place is finished with coming into the hilton chain, no phone in room, front desk woman had an attitude when checking out.because of the lack of items in my room complaint also water pressure in shower is not up to par and only Luke warm.

    This former LaQuinta Inn got the ol landlord special and they just painted over the rust and god knows what else in the bathrooms. Our door latched but was very loose and clearly doesn't the frame properly. When reported, we were told that someone would come by to fix it but it was the exact same when we got back. This was after my husband and I were told that the room we booked online didn't exist in this building and we had to take 2 queen beds instead of a suite with a pull out couch for our boys. Not a huge problem but they didnt even charge us the same rate as the other double queen we booked and charged us much more bc thats how much the room was going for that day. Feels very shady and a disappoint coming from a Hilton property. Room got a 2 star for the mattress being fairly comfortable despite there being no top sheets and us having to sleep beneath the thin scratchy waffle blanket thing. There was also an issue with the hot water in the morning. The water took about 15 mins to warm up (not get hot) and only lasted 4 minutes tops. Helluva way to wake up!

    As a person with a degree on Hospitality Management GIVE THEM ABOUT A MONTH BEFORE STAYING HERE. I stayed for 1week. The front desk staff is still learning the systems and there are too many issues to name with being assigned rooms and renovations. Some of the front desk staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable while others stayed on their phone and had a melancholy attitude when checking me in. I stayed here during the transition from LA QUINTA TO DOUBLE TREE. I had to wait all day (my last night) to check back in because neither systems were functioning. They couldn’t even make a set of keys should I need to leave my room. On top of the fact that I was overcharged some random charges twice. The front desk manager could only explain 1 of the two. Luckily I have a great relationship with my banks TRUST ME THEY NEED TIME. The restaurant is nice though. The staff there is wonderful and the drinks are delicious.
