- MMMadame.ApacheNov 28, 20253.0As a person with a degree on Hospitality Management GIVE THEM ABOUT A MONTH BEFORE STAYING HERE. I stayed for 1week. The front desk staff is still learning the systems and there are too many issues to name with being assigned rooms and renovations. Some of the front desk staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable while others stayed on their phone and had a melancholy attitude when checking me in. I stayed here during the transition from LA QUINTA TO DOUBLE TREE. I had to wait all day (my last night) to check back in because neither systems were functioning. They couldn’t even make a set of keys should I need to leave my room. On top of the fact that I was overcharged some random charges twice. The front desk manager could only explain 1 of the two. Luckily I have a great relationship with my banks TRUST ME THEY NEED TIME. The restaurant is nice though. The staff there is wonderful and the drinks are delicious.
