You cannot leave your room and go to the lobby. You have to go outside of the fence and come in through the front door the breakfast was cold. Could not eat it.

My friend and I arrived very late last night, and BraNesha went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She called to check how far away we were, and after I let her know we were on the way, she took it upon herself to go to our room and turn the heat on so it would be warm when we arrived. That small but thoughtful gesture made a huge difference after a long night of travel. She made sure all of our needs were met, was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Her level of customer service was excellent, and she truly made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Please recognize BraNesha for her outstanding service—she is a true asset to your team. I appreciate her so much.
