    The property is fenced in and you have to have a room key to get through the gate. Definitely feel safe if traveling alone. Very clean, dog friendly, quiet and staff was very nice

    We stayed overnight at Best Western in Salisbury and had a fantastic experience. The property is very clean and clearly recently renovated. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent. A special thank you to Kenny, the general manager, who was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. That level of service really stood out. Pet-friendly, welcoming staff, and overall a smooth, comfortable stay. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.

    Traveling and having to get a room last minute, we didn’t think we’d have any luck. We came across the Best Western and decided to book. Checking in was such a breeze and Kenneth was so kind and accommodating. The room was very clean & most importantly, it was a quiet atmosphere. If the need ever arises when we’re in town, we’ll be staying here!

    I did a 2 night stay from 3/4-3/6 (recently) by myself for just self care time and the staff was great, food was great, but when it came time to get my deposit back I could not understand why. I called about my deposit and the staff said something somewhere in the system would have allow me to get my refund back. They said they had pictures of damaged linen. I went to the building 2 days after the call to see what pictures they had, the damage was grey spots on A TOWEL AND MAKEUP MARKS ON A FACE CLOTH. They showed me the pictures and I asked how can I have the pictures for my own personal reasons and it was said I have to come back later when the DM comes into work. I didn’t complain about taking my own trash to the dumpster, I did not leave any mess behind. I did not have any company, I did not disrespect the facility. It was said that the higher up who staff contacted is tired of paying for damaged linen, which they said people have destroyed and used for tissue and all kinds of different things. The higher up the staff was talking to was on speaker phone yelling and being very disrespectful and calling me a liar about not retrieving clean linen and no service for those 2 days I stayed. I told staff to please pull the cameras and view what needs to be done. I understand the frustration from nasty and disgusting residents who stay, but I told staff that I think what the higher up lady named Karen was feeling was personal and did not have anything to do with my situation at hand. I said compared to what most have done and what staff have seen in their experience working there, that I feel like I did the BARE MINIMUM. I didn’t complain not smoke inside, did not have company, did not trash the place, did not leave trash inside, and I can’t get my deposit back because of smeared make up on a towel and a face cloth. Not the blankets, pillows, or sheets, but on a towel and a face cloth. At this point it’s starting to feel like, any excuse to come up with the fact that they was keeping my deposit and they are lacking finances at this Salisbury Maryland location. For future references either bring it own towels and cloths or do not book here because any reason they see fit, u will not be getting your deposit back. Very nice staff though, but don’t expect your deposit back because they need every cent they can get.

    Everything was excelent, I'm very grateful in special with Kenneth for his assistance with my tire I did have an accident and he was very kind and help me with it, 10/10 thank you guys, great customer service by all the employees I been talking also, that is a must to me and they have it 🌟
