The most horrible and traumatizing experience with HILTON ROKVILLE MARYLAND. Nasty yet rude operations manager that also works at front desk named TAMER. There is absolutely NO hot water available from faucet. TV is not working at all. Coffee maker not working neither. Be careful with the operations manager on Duty Tamer. He will assault you verbally and threatens his paying customers that they are not welcomed and will ask the cops to remove paying guest from Hilton Facility. Tells customer that they are not welcome to Hilton Rockville Facility. Threatening paying customers that he will call cops. Instead of apologizing for inconvenience. What a SHAME AND HUGE EMBARRASSMENT on HILTON for hiring a manager like TAMER. Treating guests who are almost 90 years old with ZERO respect. Calling an elderly lady liar? This will definitely all be reported to corporate. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT this HILTON Rockville Hotel that will cause TRAUMA to you and your loved ones. There are several Hotels that treat customers with utmost respect and care. This HILTON does not know how to treat their guests right and properly. Tamer promised to switch our rooms and never called back. And when we call back half an hour later he was absolutely nasty and rude. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

James, the Director of Rooms was super nice and helped me with my short stay. The other front desk assistants were also very approachable. Slept well as the room was nice and quiet, common areas were clean, didn’t get a chance to visit the bar, but did see the sign for happy hour.

Great Stay at Hilton Rockville!
I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Rockville. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean — everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and it’s clear the hotel takes pride in keeping everything spotless and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wow! The Hilton really pulled through for my wedding. After our original hotel had a maintenance issue, we had to relocate all of our guests to the Hilton. We also had to work with their events team to secure a room, staff, and equipment. They did all of that an more. Between John in sales, Manny and his team, and William at the front desk (and so many others) we were so well taken care of. We finished the weekend commenting that we were happy to have been forced to relocate since the experience was so much better.
My only negative comment was that when I first called the Hilton I asked to speak to a manager to discuss options for a room for hosting our guests. The manager I spoke with was rude, unhelpful, and seemed to have no interest in working with me to ensure my wedding weekend went well.
Luckily that was a very minor thing in the grand scheme of how well the whole team took care of us. Thank you all so much for the hard work. Our entire family is so appreciative!
