We went for a weekend. Absolutely delightful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We has a slight problem with our shower, and the front desk took care of it professionally and promptly. It's near a lot of restaurants and a grocery store (which is quite helpful when you suddenly realize you forgot to pack toothpaste). The decor is a bit odd (the elevators look like they were transported off the set of "Metropolis"). If that's the worst thing you can say about a hotel, you're great.

Stayed here on November 8th. James, the Director of Rooms, is a true example of great hospitality — super professional and genuinely helpful. I really hope the company recognizes his efforts!
A couple of things could’ve been better though. At dinner, the lady working in the restaurant didn’t seem familiar with the team member discount process. I mentioned I was a team member, but she looked a bit confused. The discount applied didn’t seem correct, and she also asked me to write down my employee number, which I’ve never had to do at other properties — usually they just verify it when shown.
Also, when I tried to add my partner’s name to the reservation through the chat (after I had already checked in and was on property), I was told I had to come down to the front desk. It just felt a bit inconvenient, especially since that hasn’t been the case at other locations. It would’ve been nice to at least get an explanation as to why.
Other than that, the stay was pleasant overall!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel which was enhanced by the supreme service by staff, particularly the male, Caucasian with the glasses and beard working the day shift desk on 1/29/2026. Said staff member went above and beyond with a request I had, plus he had a superb attitude. I wish I caught his name, but if management reads this review, please commend this fella and promote him a level up. Thanks!
