The fire alarm repeatedly went off due to the guest smoking, making it impossible to rest after attending a funeral. When I switched rooms, I informed staff exactly where I had left a clothing item. I was told housekeeping checked and found nothing. After insisting on returning to the room myself, the item was sitting exactly where I said it would be. Additionally, I was charged for breakfast each morning despite booking a rate that included breakfast. Between the smoke, the alarms, the lack of follow-through from staff, and the incorrect charges, this was a completely unsatisfactory experience. I will not return to this location.

Rooms are always quiet and the a/c is great. Would like to see the guest room bathrooms upgraded to include more walk in showers versus tub/shower combos. Reasonably priced.
