Not only is it always very clean and comfortable with nice amenities but you receive 5 star service. All employees from check - in to breakfast to dinner are super kind , very considerate and very customer service oriented. All the employees should be proud of their dedication to customer service. If I could give them 10 stars I would .

Ended up stuck with 9 dollars of charges from the pantry even though staff said it was covered and then when i was informed it wasnt then I returned the items. And now I dont get the points I could have gotten and I dont have a valid receipt. Pretty incompetent. Especially when I could have stayed at the homewood suites next door and had no issues!
