  Honestly I don't know where to begin check in was a breeze but once we got in our room instantly we had to call the front desk and wait around for maintenance because of a chirping smoke detector and then where the carpet and the tile meet the carpet was shredded and there was a blue pill between the ragged up carpet and tile in today's world of course I checked it out and it was just an Aleve just imagine having children in the room but honestly how was it cleaned by housekeeping the pill was in plain sight

  Idc what these other comments say. Place looks nice, seems clean, has decent breakfast but!!! Im in room 425 and there are mice/rats running around the walls. You can hear them scratching things. Then of course you bring it up to someone and all noises stop. But the second people leave the room the rustling starts again in the wall against the bathroom and behind the bed. Im just glad work pays for the hotel rooms.

  I WOULD HAVE RATED ONE STAR if not for the bartender Catherine! The front desk associate, AJ, was very rude (and ignorant)! When we came down to the lobby (we called first but he put us on hold indefinitely so we had to go to the desk) to tell him about how our BED was broken, he told us to come ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE LOBBY with our stuff (rudely mind you), and then had us go ALL THE WAY back up to the 7th floor!!! We could have left our stuff upstairs and simply moved but he wanted to abuse his power and let us know we were, beneath him, simply customers. I came back to return someone’s lost ear bud (as a Good Samaritan!) and he rolled his eyes at us and didn’t even care!! I’m sure whomever lost their earbud will never see it again due to AJ’s negligence. It’s unwelcoming and disgusting.

  ⚠️ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK⚠️ I drive in from Colorado and upon check-in, I unpacked, relaxed, and sat on the bed, listening to music on my headphones. I noticed a movement out of the corner of my eye, and it was a RAT!!! 🐀 I was moved to another room that had no issues. It was already 11:30pm and I was too tired to get another hotel. The next night, I woke up around 1:30am and heard, a couple arguing in the parking lot. I looked out the window and thought nothing of it at first, because they were both talking and standing. After hearing what sounded like a scream a few minutes later, I looked again and the guy was standing over the girl, yelling at her. I kept looking, while simultaneously calling the front desk, saying, “There may be a DV issue outside between a male and female couple.” When I got off the phone the guy kept flashing a light in her face, which I thought was odd. I mentioned it to my husband and he got up to look. Husband said, “He has a gun in her face with a surefire!” About a minute later the local PD came in HARD and subdued the male. I was so relieved. My husband’s family later told us, this hotel is used for social services.
