While the front desk staff was pleasant, the overall presentation was lacking—staff attire was very casual, which didn’t leave the best first impression. The room didn’t have basic amenities like a closet or hair dryer, and there was no elevator, which was inconvenient. The most concerning issue was the strong cooking odors that filled the hallways—it smelled like someone was preparing a full dinner in the hotel kitchen, and the smell lingered throughout the building. Additionally, we noticed that the back door was left unlocked overnight, which felt like a serious safety concern.

However, for the price there should have been more than one trash can in the room. Also, the towels were scratchy from overuse, the hot water wasn't, and there was no plug for the tub. There were no facial tissues. When entering the room the light did not work and had to enter a strange room in the dark. There was a coffeemaker, safe, mini fridge and microwave. Only used the fridge and it worked well.
