Came here on a work trip and the room was adequate, relatively clean, but the bedside outlets didn’t work. The staff here are great, super personable and informative. Especially Brenda the waitress at the hotel restaurant. She managed the entire dining room by herself, was super friendly and efficient. The best way to start your morning is breakfast with Brenda.

We had a large event in the area last week so lots of family and friends came to stay at the Pikesville doubletree. I am so embarrassed by how terrible the hotel was. The rooms were filthy, and none cleaned them even after guests requested it. Multiple rooms had been broken into with a crowbar and left with broken doors - not a great sight when staying in that hallway with kids. Then there were clothing items removed from a suitcase and shoved into a pile of garbage that cleaning staff left in the room.

I used to come pretty regularly when the restaurant inside the hotel was doing Beats & Bingo for a few months, and it was honestly a great time every week. The energy was good, the crowd was there, and it finally felt like a place people wanted to spend their time and money.
I stopped by the past two Thursdays expecting the same vibe, but nothing was going on, which was disappointing and honestly felt like a waste of a trip. I asked the bartender what happened and was told the young manager who had been running things isn’t there anymore. That was really sad to hear, because it was obvious he was working hard to turn the place around and build something special.
The food has always been great and the service has consistently been solid — I’d just hate to see this establishment lose momentum after it was finally making real progress. From a guest’s perspective, that manager was a huge asset, and if I were ownership, I’d seriously try to get him back before he helps another place succeed.

I've had guests stay at the Double-Tree Pikesville on numerous occasions and the hotel has always delivered. My guests loved the beautiful, clean premises, comfortable beds, and great service.

Very disappointing . No service!
I requested twice housekeeping but nobody came in. Also had to go down to pick up towels because the front desk was alone! Really is this a hotel? Well doesn’t look like. Avoid
