My experience has been pleasant staying at the Dluble Tree By Hilton off of Reistertown Rd. I am a Baltimore Native but I am currently on a work trip from picking up a Sport Team from St Louis. I must say I was impressed it Lives up to its 4+ star Rating. Th7e rooms looked like they were remodeled and the location from the hotel is prime its right off the beltway. My experience was enhanced by one particular staff member named Ms.Brenda when I had breakfast she was very pleasant and sweet and you just dont find that level of hospitality and Customer Service mixed together these days and it came so natural and genuine and not forced or fake. I want to thank all the staff because they all were great especially the young lady who gave me a cookie overnight at front desk and I knew the chef had to be black because those homestyle potatoes had a lot of flavor and was great lol. I tip my hat off to you. If i could suggest one thing is that the dining hall floor can be professionally cleaned because it is sticky, but I believe that can be easily fixed.

This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. The rooms were tiny, filthy, and full of dust — absolutely no housekeeping, no cleanliness, and no accountability. I had to end my stay early because the conditions were unacceptable.
The hotel manager told me to call the 800 number for a refund, but that only made things worse. I spoke with a representative named Stephanie who promised my issue would be resolved within three days. Five days later, nothing had been done. When I called back, I was sent in a circle and told to contact the hotel again.
This company is completely unorganized and unwilling to take responsibility. They waste your time, run you around, and keep your money while providing substandard accommodations. Book with them at your own risk — because once something goes wrong, you will be stuck fighting for basic customer service.

Kind of a odd location, but conveniently located off of 695. Target is located across the street and there is a McDonald's and Duncan doughnuts within walking distance if you want to do that. There are many shops and restaurants on the other side of 695 down the road as other options

Great lobby. Old, small rooms with even smaller bathrooms. Housekeeping did not wash the tub and there is dust everywhere. It is clear that good intentional cleaning hasnt happened in quite some time. I requested housekeeping everyday but if I dont continuosly make this request no one comes.
Housekeeping finally came and did this to our beds and did not clean the tub.

We've had Ok experiences here before -- not great but pretty reasonable. We booked a Tuesday night for a little escape while my in-laws were in town. Bad timing. About than half the parking lot, including the loading zone, was closed to be paved. No notice, no signs, no valet, no handicapped access. Just yellow tape and cars parked randomly on the grass and along the curb. If we had actual luggage we simply wouldn't have been able to bring it to the door. Ok, it has to happen some time and a Tuesday is as good as any other, but if the hotel can text me twice about their offers and amenities, they can text me once about the fact that I'm going to have trouble getting to the door.
The room and the linens smelled like my socks mated with a high school pool.
For the first time, we had a room facing the Baltimore beltway, and my wife, who can sleep through the dog howling at the 4th of July fireworks, was kept awake by the road noise, so if you have to stay here, make sure your room is not on that side.
