The guy at the counter, with the dreads was very sweet and friendly, told me about local places to eat since it was my bday and was very informative about parking. Hotel room was very neat. The rooms were decent, but the front desk staff carried themselves like helping guests was a chore. The only decent interaction I had was with the person who checked me in on Friday. Everyone else I dealt with at the desk over the weekend was unprofessional and dismissive. What really set me off was trying to speak with a manager. During my stay I was brushed off, and when I called back afterward, they gave me nothing but excuses and the runaround. No accountability, no effort. For a hotel sitting right across from the Gaylord, where service is much better, this place was a huge disappointment. 0/10 would not recommend.
