Room was huge. Location great. Not great was one elevator not working and being on the 8th floor. Also weird air conditioning situation in the breakfast area. Would give another try as I think issues are fixable.

Booked on Hilton.com and it showed $52 balance when paid with points. I get to hotel and it's $400 plus and of course they have no clue. I call Hilton and get put on hold and hear some foreign language for 10 mins. Laughing and talking in background with no clue I'm on the line. Hilton used to be great. Now, what a joke.

Nice hotel in the heart of National Harbor. It was my bday during check in and I was upgraded to a very nice room. The guy at the counter, with the dreads was very sweet and friendly, told me about local places to eat since it was my bday and was very informative about parking. Hotel room was very neat. Will go back in a heartbeat!

I stayed at this Hampton Inn a few weeks ago and the service was terrible. The rooms were decent, but the front desk staff carried themselves like helping guests was a chore. The only decent interaction I had was with the person who checked me in on Friday. Everyone else I dealt with at the desk over the weekend was unprofessional and dismissive. What really set me off was trying to speak with a manager. During my stay I was brushed off, and when I called back afterward, they gave me nothing but excuses and the runaround. No accountability, no effort. For a hotel sitting right across from the Gaylord, where service is much better, this place was a huge disappointment. 0/10 would not recommend.
