Breakfast offerings poor! No milk, pancakes or Cinnamon buns. When asked where is above we are out. Will not stay @ this location again. PS don't count on good breakfast 🥞🍳

Second and not the last visit we'll be making to Owings Mills. Everyone, even those who had to work on Christmas Day, was wonderful. And Fort Washington, PA could take lessons from staff as well as make their coffee as good as Owings Mills.

This is a good hotel if you need to stay a night. We made 2 reservations (2 rooms), an accessible one for my elderly mom. At check in they said there is only one accesible and a guest has the room for a month now. So, why on the IHG website it said there was an accesible room available when making the reservation and at check in: the whole hotel has only one? (Hard to believe…). The check in staff was cordial but it took to her a long, long time to accommodate our necessities, when they already knew it in advance (I chat with them by text hours before check in). Then the whole area and hotel do not look safe. In one of the rooms, one of the queen beds sheets were soiled (it looked like #2), lots of human hair in pillows too. And you can say they do a superficial cleaning in all rooms and common areas. The Hotel answer reviews as if they were 5 star reviews: that shows denial, no interest in improvement and no accountability! They just don’t care. And now you have 1 star and give thanks for that.

I stayed at this Holiday Inn from 10/9/25-10/11/25 and am in process of filing a lawsuit against them. I've reported them to the Attorney General as well. This is a warning to all potential guests that this location will check other people into your reservations without identification or being listed on the reservation. They will also downgrade your room after paid in full and refuse reimbursement for the difference. The employee who made these unauthorized changes is Adam and the manager who refused to authorize reimbursement is Stephanie. These are the most unprofessional staff I've encountered and their actions are illegal. They are being sued. I booked a reservation at this hotel under my name exclusively with no one else staying in my room with me. Before I arrived for checkin, without any communication with me, and without anyones IDs, Adam changed my paid reservation to my brother and two cousins names and removed my name entirely. When I got to the hotel late night to check in, no one asked for my ID but I was informed whose names were on my reservation and told I could not make any changes to the reservation because I was no longer listed on the reservation. Further, when they gave my reservation to my brother and cousins, they downgraded my prepaid room from a suite to a standard. When I raised the issue of the improper downgrade from a suite to a standard room and requested compensation, the manager responded by yelling at me in front of other guests, rather than addressing the substantive concerns. These actions constitute: • Failure to verify guest identity, creating a potential security breach. • Unauthorized alteration of a reservation contract. • Failure to deliver the room category paid for. • Unprofessional and inappropriate conduct by management when addressing a legitimate complaint. Again, I am suing this company and the individuals involved personally. This was a dangerous situation for me and I did not receive serves rendered.

The hotel was clean and pleasant, with a delicious breakfast that stood out. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during my stay, which was disappointing. Getting fresh towels each day was difficult since they frequently ran out. The staff, however, were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience more enjoyable. Guests should note that rooms are only cleaned every five days unless a cleaning is requested. Overall, I would recommend this hotel in Owings Mills for its cleanliness, breakfast, and great service
