Probably will avoid in the future, mostly because the jacuzzi is in the same room as the bed and thus everything is tile floor. In the winter.. it’s cold on ya feets! But this isn’t a downstage for the hotel - just personal preference. I did think the chairs needed replacing.. ours had some weird circular stains on it and it just looked pretty worn in general. Otherwise our stay was marvelous and check-in/check-out was seamless. Will return.

In my online reservation, I requested extra pillows on check-in. I requested extra pillows from the front desk agent the following day I got a text from a Holiday Inn agent asking me how things were going. I requested a third time and another day passes finally yesterday afternoon I saw a housekeeper in the hallway and asked her if by chance could I get a couple of pillows which she did so absolutely immediately and thanked me for my request I don’t know why pillows are such a difficult thing in a hotel. This is one of those times we’re being a platinum elite member after years of trips with Holiday Inn, feels like it means nothing.
