Staff kind resourceful, rooms clean and well prepared. Beautiful scenery behind the hotel. Convenient for our purpose her actually walking distance to the convention center for our annual Winterfest Revival. Very flexible to accommodate our group. Definitely enjoy coming here each year. May GOD continue to bless this establishment and it's staff

Friendly staff, amazing hospitality. Traveled with service dog so stayed in a dog room which previously dogs in it and a slight smell but is to be expected when traveling with pets. Would definitely stay again when traveling with dog.

We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn, the location was great! Bayside with views to go with it. Lobby and room was very clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly. We got a very good rate for the season. We will definitely be back down the road.

The place was clean and simple, but the service was fantastic. My tub wasn’t draining all the way so I mentioned it to a housekeeper who happened to be in the hall. In no less than 3 minutes maintenance was there, friendly, and fixed it right away. Another instance was when I went to use the iron, there something burnt onto it. They brought me a new iron in less than 5 minutes. And don’t get me started on Warren!! He was the absolute best at the front desk. He was so accommodating for me and my friends who were all there with a ton of little girls for a cheer competition. He was funny, helpful and remembered me even from a phone call prior to my arrival. Keep that man! Top notch customer service.

This hotel is staffed by the kindest & friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Truly, they were just exceptional. Every member of the team we encountered took pride in their work and made the stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. ☺️ The breakfast was well stocked and plentiful, the customer service was always excellent, and our room was spotless. This trip was our little getaway and an impromptu stay, and this hotel and the staff made for a lovely little vacation. Book this hotel- you won’t regret it. 😁 We will definitely be staying here again when we return in the fall for our next work conference!!
