  From the moment I arrived at the Holiday Inn Baltimore BWI Airport, I knew I was in great hands. Brianna and Emily at the front desk were warm, professional, and efficient, making check‑in quick and easy while answering all my questions. Their customer service was outstanding—attentive but never pushy, very knowledgeable about the hotel, shuttle, and local area, and always handling my requests with a positive attitude. They checked in to ensure I was comfortable, which made the hotel feel like a well‑run home base rather than just an airport stop. The property is clean, comfortable, and convenient to BWI with a reliable shuttle, but Brianna and Emily are what turned a simple stay into a five‑star experience. Because of them, I will absolutely stay here again and recommend the Holiday Inn Baltimore BWI Airport to anyone traveling through the area.

Check‑in was fast, efficient, and they took the time to confirm every detail of my reservation, answer my questions, and make sure I had everything I needed for a smooth stay. What really stood out was their superb customer service. Both Brianna and Emily treated me like a valued guest, not just another check‑in. They were attentive without being pushy, consistently polite, and extremely knowledgeable about the hotel, shuttle schedule, and local area. Any request I had whether it was about transportation, food options, or adjusting small details with my stay was handled quickly and with a positive attitude. Throughout my time there, they checked in to make sure everything in my room was satisfactory and that I was comfortable, which really made the hotel feel more like a welcoming, well‑run home base near the airport. Their professionalism showed in the way they communicated clearly, stayed calm and courteous, and treated every guest in line with the same high standard of service. On top of that, the property itself is clean, comfortable, and convenient to BWI with reliable shuttle service and a staff that clearly cares about guests’ experience from front desk to housekeeping and dining. But it was truly Brianna and Emily who turned a simple airport hotel stay into a five‑star experience. Because of their outstanding professionalism and customer service, I will absolutely choose the Holiday Inn Baltimore BWI Airport again and recommend it to anyone traveling through the area.

  This is my frist time here and when I came in I was greeted nicely and even had Ms.Natara shake some pom poms for me being a DAIMOND ELITE MEMBER i thought that was soo kool and her energy was great and she also told me a good place to get some of the best crab 🦀 cakes , so shouts out to her for that,I travel alot so being greeted the right way is important to me and she kilt it and my room was amazing as well.

  Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und gut gepflegt, und der Service ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Ein Nachteil ist jedoch, dass kein kostenloses Wasser im Zimmer bereitgestellt wird – wir mussten Wasser für jeweils 3 $ kaufen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die praktische Lage, da das Hotel nur etwa 1,3 km vom Flughafen entfernt ist und einen Shuttle-Service anbietet.

  Calvin, welcomes us with a smile and a friendly hello. Much needed as we were on a layover (extended) and not in Cancun. A very welcomed treat, polite courteous and I would assume a treasured member of the team. Taylor, at the front desk was just as warm and welcoming, got us gave us the details and had us in our rooms (comfortable) with in a matter of minutes. Gonna be a short stay, but was a define breath of fresh and friendly air added to a long day! Very nice people! Truly appreciated it!
