    Are you guys going bankrupt or something? They charge their guests for parking a car and don’t tell you that when booking. Do yourself a favor and give your business to any other hotel that doesn’t charge their customers for parking. What a desperate and greedy move on their management’s decision. I would have stayed a couple weeks but now they get one night of my business and never again will I be back. I own a business and I’m not desperate enough to charge my customers for parking in my parking lot when they are already giving me their business.

    I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Baltimore BWI North, and I want to give special recognition to Jayna at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional from the moment we arrived. Jayna truly went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met, and she even switched our room when it was needed without hesitation. Her positive attitude, patience, and willingness to help made a big difference in our stay. Excellent customer service like hers is what makes guests want to return. Thank you, Jayna, for making our experience so pleasant!

    I checked into the hotel and went to my room. I turned up the heat. It didn't work. I went to the from desk and informed them of the problem. I was given the key to another room. I went to the room and turned up the heat. It didn't work. Again, I went to the front desk and informed them of the problem. I was transferred to my 3rd room. I turned on the heat. Yet again, it didn't work. I called the front desk and was informed that an engineer would come to the room and correct the problem. I got under the covers to try to remain warm. I woke up the next morning and the room was still cold. The engineer never came to my room. I informed the person at the front desk upon checkout. She informed me that I would receive a refund for the inconvenience. As of this date, I have not received the refund. I will never stay at this hotel again. No heat in November and not keeping your word. What a horrible Hotel! Update - January 7, 2026 I received a response to the review that I left. I called the person listed and left a voice message on December 19, 2025. As of this date, no one has had the common courtesy to respond to my voice mail.
