I would like to give Brianna at the front desk a special acknowledgment for for sending text messages checking how things are going with my stay throughout the time I am staying. She is also always eager to say hello when you return in the evening from work. Taylor and others are always pleasant to speak to in the mornings. Manny in the restaurant is very pleasant and delivers great service.

The hotel is very well maintained — super duper clean, well-stocked with amenities, and has a great selection of snacks / drinks to buy for on the go. The staff too is very kind. They helped us get settled, had great energy despite the hour, and their shuttle service is prompt. Our driver Mr. Joe was so warm and personable when he picked us up; he also had great recommendations for where to get food or spend some time out in the evening. I am just thankful for a great experience. It was a highlight during a stressful travel experience. Thanks everybody at Holiday Inn!!
