  Our flight had been cancelled late at night. Most hotels in the area were full, but the Holiday Inn was able to secure a room for us after some further investigation. Sherika was extremely helpful. She was friendly and kept trying to find us a room. We were so grateful that she didn’t give up. She kept trying until a room became available. SHERIKA is a wonderful representation of excellent customer service.

  Used the stay and park option because of an early flight from BWI. Room was large- with a couch and seating area. Super clean. Beds were clean and comfy. Shuttle service at 4am to BWI was fantastic. Teshia was a great shuttle driver. Made the beginning of our trip so smooth and started the day off right!

  We always choose Holiday Inn BWI because it is a great location, the food and beverage is outstanding, but most of all because of the outstanding people and the service they provide. This time, Darrell was our airport shuttle driver and he went above and beyond helping us with alllll our luggage…I couldn’t have done it without him after a very long day of travel. Also, Manny at the bar is always amazing. We always are asked if everything is good and we feel so cared for.

  Definitely recommend this hotel for the 5Cs: Convenient, Comfort, Clean, Courteous, Caring ( Stayed 3 nights Convenient- from the airport and they provide a 24/7 shuttle. Reu was our driver and he was very nice and helpful even at midnight to pick us up. Comfort- Hotel rooms are so comfortable with all required amenities and space where you can relax. Clean - Very clean and organized. Courteous and Caring - Staff at the front desk was so warm and took care of all our needs. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable; we felt like home.

  Always pleased with my stay but this time Taylor at the front desk took it up a notch! I’ve stayed at this location plenty of times and nobody has given me the high level of customer service Taylor provided. From the moment I walked in the door she was so polite, friendly, and graceful. I was coming in from another hotel in the area that didn’t meet standard expectations and having someone like Taylor definitely lessened my frustration. She took care of me with a big smile and provided me with many solutions to the inquiries I had. While assisting me she was able to multi task and help others so that everyone had a top tier experience. Taylor is truly an asset to this location. Visiting many locations in this area I must say she truly makes the difference for Holiday Inn. Being a Manager in the business of Customer Service, it’s employees like her that I appreciate for living out the company brand. Out of all the ladies at the front desk, she has the BEST customer service experience.
