  I had a situation this morning that could have easily turned into a stressful start to the day, but Christmas, the manager here, completely changed that. I’m in town from New Hampshire for business and don’t know the area at all, so when my dealership truck wouldn’t start this morning it was a little nerve-racking. I went back into the lobby to ask if the hotel might have a portable jump pack, thinking it was probably a long shot. Instead, Christmas immediately offered to help and came right outside with me. I popped the hood and she jumped right in, trying the jump pack without hesitation or complaint. When that didn’t work, she even went to check her own personal car to see if she had jumper cables. She stayed outside with me in the cold and rain for quite a while while we kept trying to get it going. During that time we chatted and she was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Being somewhere unfamiliar can make a situation like that feel worse, but she really eased that right away. What impressed me the most is that I later realized she’s actually the top manager here. Most managers would probably send another employee to help with something like this, but she personally stood out there making sure I was taken care of. My sales manager eventually arrived to help, and the three of us tried a few more things before confirming the battery was completely dead. Even then, Christmas offered for us to come inside and grab some complimentary breakfast before heading out, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The service during my stay has already been great, but this moment really stood out. Christmas made what could have been a frustrating morning feel like someone genuinely had my back. That kind of care is rare, and it meant a lot.

  THIS THE MOST PERFECT HOTEL FOR COUPLES OR FAMILY!!!. My husband and I stayed for the weekend and we enjoyed it so much we brought the kids the following weekend. The staff, the pool and hot tub food options, the STAFF WAS JUST AMAZING. We be visiting again in about a month. Nice little get away from the world. Great place for couples. So much to do and see. plenty of shopping areas too. lol lol

  Great option for my business trip. The room offered ample space for all my needs, and the view was stunning. The Wi-Fi was quick and dependable, and the staff was professional, making my stay smooth and stress-free. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Needed a safe place to stay for a night. They allowed me to check in early which I appreciated. My original room was cold so they moved me without any questions. The lady at the front desk and housekeeping were very kind. Hotel is close to many food options.
