At 11 p.m., we went downstairs to ask for help again, and the girl on duty had to leave the reception desk to come and help us, but unfortunately, she was unable to resolve the issue. They did not change our room because they were all full, and around midnight, we began to smell sewage. Not recommended. I am giving it one star only for the kindness of the woman who tried to help us.

Alle 23 siamo scese per chiarire meglio il problema, la donna che era di turno ha dovuto lasciare la reception per venire ad aiutarci ma purtroppo non è riuscita a risolvere il problema. Non hanno potuto cambiarci di stanza perché erano tutte piene. Sconsigliato, una stella solo per la gentilezza della donna che ha provato ad aiutarci.

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, hands down. Believe it or not, it was actually cheaper than a rundown Red Roof Inn, and the difference in quality was night and day. From the moment I walked in, I was mesmerized by everything, the amenities, the room, the staff, the accommodations , all of it exceeded my expectations. Even the smell of the place was incredible. You can always tell how clean and well-kept a place is by how it smells, and this hotel smelled spotless. It was fresh, relaxing, and just gave off pure comfort vibes. The entire experience was beautiful. I honestly want to stay again just because it was that good , even though I have absolutely no reason to. But I just might, just because. If I could, I’d give this place a 13/10. Truly exceptional. 🌟
