My stay was absolutely wonderful, my booking experience through Priceline was a total nightmare. Priceline completely botched my reservation, originally booking a King Suite instead of the two Bedroom Suite I reserved. When I tried to fix it, Priceline was unhelpful and left me to pay an upcharge out of pocket. To make matters worse, when I arrived to check in, Priceline hadn't even sent their portion of the payment, and a complimentary 20% refund they promised me was actually deducted from the funds sent to the hotel, leaving me to cover that cost as well just to get into my room. However, the Hotel Manager and the front desk receptionist were beyond accommodating. They were patient, professional, and worked with me to navigate the mess Priceline created. They turned a high-stress situation into a manageable one, ensuring I finally got into the room I needed. If you're staying here, know that you are in great hands with this team. They truly understand hospitality and customer care.

The freshness and cleanliness is evident from when you first arrive to check-in. There is also a peaceful and pleasant aroma as you walk the halls to your room. The rooms are always clean and being to have access to real dishware just makes it feel like a home away from home.
