He hooked us up and he even asked if we wanted to grab something to eat after the game. Not much food choices after 9pm. Overall the stay was pleasant! Clean rooms, good atmosphere, bring your own bottles of water and/or food to snack on. Prices are a bit crazy for the hotel.

When I tried to get help, it was almost impossible to reach a manager or get any clear answers. Staff even mentioned they prefer guests who are displaced through insurance, which made it feel like regular paying guests aren’t a priority. There were also people outside all night, and I noticed staff bringing their children to work, which made the environment feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. Be cautious before booking here — it’s not managed like a typical IHG property, and the billing issues are serious.

This place is trash there’s no bar no restaurant the front clearly has no training in etiquette it’s horrible feels racist it stinks here AVOID !!!! Avoid !!! Avoid nothings ever right breakfast TRASH TRASH AND JUST THE TRASHIEST !! No clean towels room stink hallways stink ELEVATORS STAAAANK and don’t forget $250 you will be fighting to get back they will blame your bank !! AVOID AVOID AVOID
