  I had a great experience at the Holiday Inn Express Largo! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Everything felt comfortable and organized, making it an easy and enjoyable visit. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, reliable place to stay in the area.

  Poor room sound insulation and thin walls mess with your sleep because you will hear every toilet flush and every door slam on your floor. Staff do little to help enforce quiet hours.

  Called a month in advance to ask about connecting rooms. Told to leave request upon booking and to also call day of check in to see if possibility . Day of on the way was told not likely for that day but could get rooms close - okay . Upon arrival, asked different lady making sure no connecting rooms became available .. she by passes the question and just gives us the keys. My dad goes back down before we actually go in the room and she tells him they don’t have connecting rooms period- very nonchalant . Would have never booked had I known that. 6 hours to get here so we dealt with it but the rooms… were not clean. Pee under toilet seats , doors peeling, blankets had stains and ripped underneath in multiple places, shower was nasty . We cleaned the underside of the toilets with our own Lysol wipes .No towels period in our room and when we requested them , she asked our room # but no one ever came . Had to go back later and she only gives 3 towels , still front desk lady unconcerned, unapologetic … we booked 2 rooms and had a total of 7 people . One of the 3 towels had a brown stain on it found by my child when she opened it . We ended up using towels from the pool area instead. Not a good experience. Wish we could have checked out and just went somewhere else had I known any of this. Both rooms we had were bad. Stopped taking pics of stuff after while . Just wanted to leave .

  The rooms were great!! The person at the front desk was great. My issue was wash cloths& towels. We had to wait forever to get 1 of each. It was 3 ppl in the room and they only put 2 of each in there. We called got nothing. Went out to the cleaners and they had nothing but hand towels...called back at 10:41 and asked how were we suppose to check out by 11 if we didnt hv a wash cloth now they want to bring 1 up....smh here comes someone from downstairs with them, right behind them comes another person with some. Shouldn't hv taken that long.
