- SMShani McLean3 days ago1.0I recently stayed at this location and was quite concerned regarding a number of issues. Despite calling ahead to notify the hotel of a late check in, we were informed upon arrival that a confirmed reservation for members of our group was cancelled, leaving a family with a sick toddler without a room at night in an unfamiliar area. Additional concerns included the fact that another guest was issued a key to a room that was already occupied (serious safety issue), appropriate room service was not available for an extended period of time, and many of the amenities were non-functional or worked very poorly. What was most discouraging was that the staff showed no accountability or remorse and there was no way to escalate the situation over the weekend. There were several other hotels in the area with more helpful staff, better amenities, and similar price points so I definitely would not recommend staying here.

Location is far enough from D.C. to be away from clogged traffic, but within 20 or 30 minutes if you must go into D.C. Enough parking, and in a cluster of hotels. Breakfast buffet was laid well, clean and well stocked. Plenty of seating.
