- LOLeslie ONov 13, 20251.0TLDR - They do shady dealings when they take their incidental deposits, and hold your money as long as they can. DO NOT STAY HERE. Stayed at this hotel over the weekend for 2 nights. Booked through their own website with a deal that said “no deposit” but we had to pay the first night stay in advance. Paid the first night in advance then got charged 2 deposits at check-in. They put two separate holds for a total of $300 on my account at check-in! One has cleared as of this post and the other is still pending several days later. Never staying here again, and would not recommend. $300 dollars of money I needed for the trip held up for absolutely no reason and $150 still pending on Thursday when I checked out Sunday. Terrible customer service getting this resolved. EDIT - (9 days since check-in and 7 days since check out): called my bank and they tell me that staybridge’s merchant bank is holding the transaction and they should’ve released it in 1-2 days. They can hold it for up to 15 business days. This seems like a shady practice. If they charge a bunch of extra deposits on people’s account, they give themselves hella extra money for a solid 3 weeks. Hella shady, never staying here and telling everyone I know to steer clear.

Every morning and evening Susanna and her crew were incredible and hospitable .i felt really seen.as well the front desk staff was lovely and kind. I ended up meeting a guy in the social hour and now we’re engaged!
