- WBWalter BrownJan 6, 20265.0A very comfortable stay for me and the family My kids and I stayed at Staybridge from Mon 12/29-Fri 1/2. We really enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival, check in was a breeze. They had snacks in the lounge pretty much every day we were there. Breakfast was included and was good. It was the standard hot breakfast buffet but it worked for us. We booked the 2 queen bed suite with a pullout sofa. Plenty of space for us. This was like a little apartment with a full kitchen (not that I was going to be doing any cooking...lol). The staff was very attentive to our needs. Whatever we needed replaced we had it right away. Parking was also included which was helpful. This is a very modern style hotel with great proximity to DC and other major points in MD. I've stayed at a few different IHG hotels and this one is at the top of the list. If you are in the MD/DC area, I would definitely recommend Staybridge. You won't be disappointed.

Didn’t get to partake in the complimentary apps and drinks offered M-W evenings. However, I’m sure it is great if it’s anything like the breakfast offered each day. Only negative is that it was obvious the building need renovated. It was clean, just a bit aged. Highly recommend this property!!

I have had to call 4 times over deposits pending that should have been returned weeks/months prior to that date. I just had to call about a deposit from October. It’s now the end of December. A customer should not have to follow up on deposits/incidentals if nothing was wrong. Waiting months for an incidental to be refunded is not right. I’m only writing this review so that the hotel will hopefully make a change and stop this from happening.

This is my second time here, The Happy Hours from Monday to Wednesday are a fantastic opportunity to meet new people or simply enjoy a generous and delicious snack with your family. Sam takes care of every detail, and his team truly goes above and beyond—Susana especially stands out with her excellent food service and warm attention. Breakfast is another highlight, offering fresh-cut fruit with Greek yogurt along with many other options such as waffles, eggs, bacon, salad, and more. The rooms are also extremely clean, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel provides a welcoming atmosphere, great service, and wonderful amenities. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel. Las Happy Hours de lunes a miércoles son un excelente momento para conocer gente nueva o simplemente disfrutar de un snack generoso y delicioso con la familia. Sam se encarga de cada detalle, y su equipo realmente da lo mejor de sí—Susana destaca especialmente por su excelente servicio y su atención con la comida. El desayuno es otro punto fuerte, con fruta fresca cortada y yogurt griego, además de muchas otras opciones como waffles, huevos, tocino, ensalada y más.
