The front desk people were fantastic! All else was an incredible disappointment. I was first given a room on a floor where there were mattresses leaning against the walls in the hallways. Next room had furniture in halls and metal bars in front of my door. Exhausted, I stayed in that room and slept, until 10:22, when i was awakened by pounding and a drill I called the front desk, they said the work on that floor was finished. So, not only was the hotel a problem, the location did not reflect the picture that was presented in add on Priceline. I requested a refund due to the noise, furniture, and mattresses in the halls, The manager refused to refund me any of the 4 nights I paid for. I left this hotel and went to another one, which had none of the issues this hotel had. Paid twice for one stay, but leaving this hotel was well worth the cost.

Apparently you have to be friends with the girl at the front desk to receive pleasantness and not be charged an early check in fee. I will never stay here again! Got here at 2 and was told I had to pay 35 to check in early. she didn’t convey this to the other women who came in after me. I refuse to pay $35 to check in early at a Best Western!! This is definitely not luxury and they’re sure not packed or busy!!!

Completely shady hotel. Phoned and canceled a booking 2 days in advance. They then mark the reservation as a "no-show" and charge me anyways and refuse to refund my money. Stay away from this place, their "manager" is always out of the office. Disgusting business practice.

It was a great time spent in this hotel with fantastic display of excellent customer service by Lex in front office. She showed empathy and concerns during a situation, keep up the amazing work. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, great experience during my stay.

I’ve stayed at over 20 Best Western hotels, and this was by far the most disappointing experience. The room was in poor repair — the refrigerator didn’t work all weekend even though I reported it every day and was told nothing could be done. The bed had a deep dip, the rollaway bed was rusty, and there weren’t enough towels for the number of guests in the room.
The vending machine didn’t return change when paying with cash, and the hotel seemed very understaffed for a busy holiday weekend when it was supposedly sold out.
The only positive was the location, which was convenient. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay fell far below the usual Best Western standard. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues for future guests.
