  The room was CLEAN and COMFORTABLE!. The only drawback is that the booking stated complementary breakfast and when I went to the hotel I was told something different that breakfast will be charged per person. I believe this is false advertisement so be careful to note that you clearly specify what is on offer before you have people book. Overall, Best Western, have their thing nicely together.

  Chambre très convenable mais literie un peu souple à mon goût. TV, frigo et micro ondes. Chambre climatisée mais la baie vitrée ne s'ouvre pas. Salle de bain tout à fait correcte. 2 nuits sur place, le lit a été refait à l'issue de la première.

  Even if the rooms are ready, they will absolutely not let you check in earlier than 3pm unless you pay the $35 fee plus taxes.

  As someone who does not like to complain and has semi normal standards for hotels….this night stay annoyed me heavily. We got there at 9 pm on a Saturday after a long day in the city and just wanted sleep. Lo and behold there is a full nightclub in the lounge until 2 am on the weekend and the music coming from the lounge was so loud and had heavy bass vibrating the whole lobby. We got up to our room on the 3rd floor and immediately was welcomed with the clear sound and vibration in the room of the music from the night club below. We did not want to stay in a room that we would be unable to fall asleep in…so I called downstairs to the lobby and the woman who answered told me there was nothing she could do and that they were sold out for the night, so they were unable to switch us. I went on Priceline and there was plenty of rooms available..so the front desk lied blatantly to get us off the phone. I went downstairs and showed the other front desk rep the website and asked as to why we were told there was no rooms available when clearly there was…she said she was not the one we spoke to and apologized. We were given a room on the 6th floor…walked up there and fortunately could not hear the music..but when we got in the room, it smelt like a ashtray and I have asthma, so that was unacceptable…also this hotel is 100% smoke free and to think someone stayed in there and the housekeeping “cleaned” it and it still smelt like that was crazy to me. The phone on the room did not work, so we went back downstairs AGAIN and asked to speak to a manager, only to be told that they would be in Sunday morning…to which was another lie, because when we checked out, the front desk told me the manager wouldn’t be in until Monday….the lies just are not okay nor good customer service whatsoever. We were given another room on the 2nd floor, but other side of the building and finally this room felt “ok”. We did wake up both with stiff backs, as the beds were not great, but just the stay as a whole really was not okay as far as customer service goes and we will not be back.
