No coffee available now for 2 nights in a row. I was told she , the worker, could not go into the kitchen. What if there was an emergency? She could not get into the kitchen...hmm. I bet the fire department and OSHA would not like that.

We traveled from TX 11/26/25-11/28/25 to spend Thanksgiving for 2 days with our entire MD Family, and stayed in room 411. All Staff were friendly, the hotel was beautiful and very clean, the room was spacious/felt comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. The sweet lady in charge of breakfast kept everything so clean, well stocked, hot, and fresh. We do not like to complain but as paying patrons of a very nice Hotel that we spend a good penny on, we have to voice our concern in which we would like to be contacted by Management. Our room had a door which could have led to an adjoining room, but was not used because we did not have any other Friends or Family traveling with us. During the first night (11/26/2025), my Family went to bed at 10 PM. Right after midnight, we were rudely awakened by the guests in the adjoining room, 409. They were talking extremely well, kept hearing either banging on the walls or bumping into the walls, and the TV was extremely loud to the point we could hear the muffled noise, as well as vibration on the walls. It almost sounded like they were right outside our room or in the hallway, which could have been possible but we did not open the door for safety reasons. We let it go on for a while, but my Husband called the front desk. He spoke to Collin who said he would be up to take care of the situation. My entire Family was awakened to include my 5 year old Granddaughter. We heard the knock on the door when they went to speak to them, they got quiet for about 15 minutes then started again for a while. My Family eventually fell back to sleep but unfortunately with my insomnia, being a light sleeper, and unable to sleep during the day or during any traveling, I could not. I got less than 2 h ours of sleep and that never happens, I normally average 6-8 hours in which I need to function well. The sad part about it is I was extremely tired on Thanksgiving and so was my Family due to the amount of hours of uninterrupted sleep. This behavior should not happen in a nice Hotel such as this, nor on any Hotel where people pay to stay. We are planning on returning for 5 days to spend with our MD Family in March and would have liked to stay at this same Hotel, but are going to choose a different one due to the worry of this happening again. Sleep is necessary and I Pray nobody else suffers like this, I literally tossed and turned. Our 2nd night (11/27/25) was lovely, peaceful, and quiet.
We would like to thank the Staff for all the hard work they do.
Respectfully,
Simon & Tricia Corbin

Where to begin? ~Deep in thought~
I arrived around 1pm with the faint illusion of an early check-in. Hoping to steal a cheeky 2 hours from the ‘IHG man’ only to be foiled by the front desk receptionist who very curtly responded to my polite request with “Check in is at 3pm. None of the rooms are clean yet. I’m sorry.” I was heartbroken, destitute. How could she rebuff me without even pretending to clack away at the keyboard?? I took my defeat with grace and headed down the street to grab coffee from a local joint (review to be included separately). Arriving later, adequately caffeinated, and not a second past 3pm to make full use of my stay I was greeted by a different front desk receptionist. She had everything ready to go. Like clockwork. Friendly, efficient, she meant business. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the standard hotel accoutrements. Nice Dove products in the bathroom which I made sure to use superrr hard in a vain attempt to avenge my stolen early check-in. TV was setup perfectly for watching college football late into the night while I dozed off on a comfy bed that could use FLUFFIER pillows (hint hint). Overall a very decent experience. The hotel itself stayed pretty busy throughout the evening and the breakfast options in the morning were stellar. They have a bean-to-cup machine which will always bring a smile to face :)

As a 20 year veteran of IHG hotels, this was the worst experience in the chain.
1. Checked into a room that was recently smoked in, had to switch rooms.
2. From 2:05am to 2:45am a loud alarm was going off in a room on same floor. It woke up entire floor. It was someones phone. After 40 mins, and a middle night call to front desk, then a visit to front desk they finally went to investigate. 2:50am alarm was finally turned off.
3. 9am, stop by front desk to chat about the nights alarm, walk into the snack shop, grab a water to purchase. Treated like a criminal, saying I cant go into the store. No sign posted just an absolute rude, put that back, you can not go in there. Why have the store, if your not selling the product.
Strangest and worst experience with IHG ever.
Do not recommend, and absolutely 100% will drive a hour to avoid this place and there people.
