  During my check-in experience, I appreciated how kind and attentive the other front desk associates were. However, the front desk supervisor, Carmen I believe is his name. The encounter I came across as disengaged and somewhat condescending, which stood out in contrast to the rest of the team. I’ve work in hospitality myself, so I understand how demanding the front desk role can be. That said, when there was an issue locating my reservation, there was little effort made to assist in resolving it. I ultimately had to figure out on my own that I was at the wrong hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the majority of the staff were welcoming. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as a more engaged and solution-oriented approach—especially from leadership—would make a significant difference in the guest experience.

  I absolutely can't stand the staff at this location because alot of them want to play as security guards, profiling people are dressed leisure like myself multiple times and making me uncomfortable- I'm aware I look homeless, im at a hotel for godsake but approaching me for a voucher as Im walking away from simply looking at the buffet is annoying after the staff has stared me down on other occasions based on how I'm dressed. What do they have to prove?? Be less obnoxious about it or hire actual security for the homeless people sleeping and peeing in the stairwells - im not one of them. The location on Marsha Lee is nicer but the location here is preferable unfortunately.

  DWAYNE GAVE REALLY PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE THANKS TO HIM I FOUND A AFFORDABLE ROOM AND ME AND MY KIDS WERE ABLE TO SLEEP COMFORTABLE THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL I EVEN BEEN IN MY LOFE THANKS TO DWAYNE AND HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
