They moved us to 323 cause we had no way to get to another hotel and that room seemed fine but I would never stay here again. It’s not worth the risk of bringing roaches back to your own home. Long time veteran of this hotel and IHG regular and this hotel has lost my business. There’s no way they don’t know the hotel is infested with roaches. Do something about it. Shut the place down and bomb it. Also, never got any sort of compensation or discount.
