- DLDavid Field (Legionnaire)Apr 27, 20265.0They answered the phone immediately when I called, which is not a common experience and one that is very helpful for a hotel service. Parking was sufficient. Breakfast was adequate. They offered me room service every single day and stop at the front. Can’t remember their names. I think Hannah was one of the names and the gentleman that works in the evenings regardless of their names the staff at the front desk was very helpful very considerate, very knowledgeable and I think that they really represented the hotel service very well. The manager also is concerned for the guest communicates very well and shows a genuine interest in each person. I saw children playing on the computers in the business center comfortable and no one bother them.

From the moment we arrived, She were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, Hannah went above and beyond to accommodate a last-minute request we had, and even followed up to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely dedicated to making guests feel cared for. Thank you for being the highlight of our stay—you’re a true asset to the hotel!” we crossed path with Ms Claudia who was very soft spoken and kind. Sunday morning at check out we had a few questions for the woman at the desk, who treated us like we were a total inconvenience to her or robbing her time. Never the less Holiday Inn Express is our place to stay. 10 Stars to Ms Hannah/Claudia.
