  My wife and I had a reservation here for two weeks, starting yesterday. My wife arrived first at 4pm, and was told she could not check in because she does not share my last name. She said we'd be back by ten to check in. I arrived at about 9:30, and attempted to check in, and was informed no suites were available to make good our reservation. The front desk clerk could offer no explanation other than that they had probably oversold them. Upon inquiry, the clerk informed me that subsequent days of the reservation could also not be guaranteed to have the reserved room available. I cannot see what the point is of making a reservation here if the room is not actually reserved.

  The hotel was clean and comfortable. I had no issues for the 5 weeks in stayed here. The staff was kind and competent. The bartenders were well above what I expected for a chain hotel bar.

  Loved this hotel and the location!!! It was a Hilton Homewood Suites and the Hilton Garden Inn combined in one building with separate elevators that accessed either the Homewood Suites floors or the Hilton Garden Inn elevators that accessed the HGI floors. One check-in desk, one lobby with a bar and dining area. Just a beautiful space, all encompassing. I had the 2 bedroom suite, with two bathrooms. 1 king sized bed and the other room with 2 double beds. We have stayed in several of the Homewood Suites in the Baltimore area BWI AIRPORT off of Nursery Rd, the Homewood Suites in Columbia, but this was the largest space of them all. Homewood Suites in Columbia had the smallest square footage. I just had to go down the hall to our free breakfast, which was great. There was a lobby area on our 2nd floor which had access to the parking lot on the rear side of the building. Although we checked in at the front desk on the Ground Floor of the front side of the parking lot, and pushed our luggage cart to the right of the front desk and found our elevators after getting on the HGI elevator and not seeing a 2nd floor button, we got off and turned the corner to see the Homewood Suites elevators that took us to a huge other lobby area and the area where free breakfast was served. When we checked out we made sure to bring our car to the rear of the building to load it up without having to take the elevator down to the ground floor and go out through the front of the building. It was a much simpler process. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Additionally the LIVE Casino was just 6 minutes down the street.

  We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the winter storm and were very grateful to find availability at this hotel as well as they are pet friendly and the hotel smells great, rooms are nice, people are fantastic. Really pleased with our experience at this hotel.

  No shuttle, there was no backup driver. Go to a hotel that actually knows how to schedule staff if you plan an airport ride.
