The experience was absolutely amazing. Aylaya was phenomenal from start to finish. She was kind, attentive, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly for us. She made us feel welcomed the moment we walked in and handled every detail with ease and professionalism. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and perfect for families, but Aylaya is what truly made the stay stand out. She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter’s birthday weekend was memorable and stress-free. Because of her, this wasn’t just a hotel stay. It was an experience we’ll always remember.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which goes a long way when you're traveling. The bed was comfortable, the heater (winter time stay) worked well, and check-in was smooth with friendly staff who handled my check-in smoothly. Now, I did get there late at night so there was no waiting. One big plus I will comment on is the free breakfast, which was convenient and a nice way to start the day without having to leave the hotel. The location is also a strong point, as it's within close proximity to the mall and the casino, which makes it easy to walk or take a quick drive. I didn't use the free shuttle service but it is available. Overall, this is a reliable hotel that delivers what you expect. Comfortable, convenient, and good value.

The pool was clean and the perfect temperature! Alayna checked us in and out. She was very kind and hospitable! Parking was $5 for the night we stayed there and they did have the option to leave the car overnight during our trip for $10/night. I would recommend this location! The place was also decked out for the holidays in an inclusive way. 💕

I was there with a group of beautiful ladies for the NEW KINGDOM FAITH overnight pajama party! When I tell you they took excellent care of us that is an under statement. It started with Aylaya and Willaim as I checked in on December 19th. Aylaya was super professional and personal. William was nearby and helpful when needed. Both delivered top notch Customer Service. The next day was today December 20th. My birthday!!! The staff surprised me with a cake and sang Happy Birthday!!! Totally caught me by surprise and I love surprises. Jeff, Danny, and Justin went out of their way to make me feel super special in this moment Ms. Donna Marie you manage an excellent group of people and run a well organized operation. Keep doing what you doing!!! It’s working and noticeable. You are getting it RIGHT! As someone with a customer service background I know and recognize when I’m getting superior service or substandard service. You and your team definitely fall in the former category. THANK YOU FOR HOSTING US AND PROVIDING SUPERIOR HOSPITALITY AND SERVICE!!!
