Everything and everyone was perfect at this hotel. My room was nice and clean and everyone was sooo nice. Louis was sooo nice and friendly when I called before I even checked in and he was very respectful. Once I arrived I interacted with Nelsa and Franklin and both of them were so nice, friendly and professional. I will definitely stay at this location again when I return.

This used to be my favorite hotel whenever I came into the city for out-of-town events. I’ve always chosen this location because of convenience and past positive experiences. Unfortunately, this recent stay completely changed that. Without any prior communication or consultation, an extremely large charge was taken from my account. I was later told it was for “damage” to the room. The actual issue? A wheel came off one of the desk chair. That’s it. We did not remove the chair, damage the frame, or cause any major destruction. Yet I’m being charged over $300 for what I’m told is the cost of replacing an entire chair. Charging a guest for a full brand-new chair over a single wheel — without a proper discussion first — feels excessive and disrespectful. Situations like this should be handled with transparency and fairness, especially when the damage is minimal. I’m extremely disappointed because this was once my go-to hotel. I hope management reevaluates how they handle these situations moving forward.

BED BUGS!!! BED BUGS!!! BED BUGS!!! BEWARE!!! THIS HOTEL HAS BED BUGS!!! I stayed there for one night and woke up with bed bug bites on by back and arm. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The manager Charlene wasn’t willing to make it right. I paid for a peaceful, clean good night’s sleep and instead woke up all bit up in a dirty room. I even showed them my bites and they tried to deny it. Smh. Please do not stay here. It’s dirty and they don’t gaf!

The hotel is very nice and is clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. The woman that worked the front desk were professional and courteous.
