- SBSteve Barrall1 day ago3.0Full disclaimer - I booked this stay through Halpern Travel, so my expectations regarding amenities may have been skewed due to what I saw listed through Halpern first. I was generally pleased with our stay. The room was clean and well-appointed. I used the fitness center, which was adequate but small. What I found to be disappointing was that this Hilton Garden nickel and dimed us for Parking ($10 a night) and the hotel breakfast buffet. The breakfast was the same lobby-style, basic breakfast spread that is usually included at other select service hotels, but this location was charging $15. Because of the extra charge, I opted to enjoy a better breakfast elsewhere. I would have much preferred if the parking and breakfast were simply included for the length of my stay and represented in the daily rate. Unfortunately, the parking and breakfast negatively affected my experience here. That said, I'd recommend the hotel to others for its proximity to BWI and the Arundel Mall, so long as they plan for the added expenses.

- RRRicky ReedOct 20, 20255.0Per my wife" After prepaying at a Marriott property in Hunt Valley and seeing how horrible it was and knowing I couldn't stay there, (I was so traumatized ) though I lost $, I found my way to this property. What a relief, yes, I didn't have a suite but I had a clean room with a very comfortable firm bed for a reasonable price. The room is a good size and everything is in pristine condition. The staff is very pleasant, too. I visit my family annually and am only staying here in the future. I am not going to risk having another horrible hotel experience when all I need to do is to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Arundel Mills. Plus it's very close to BWI car rental return".
- RRruban rubOct 16, 20251.0I usually stay at Hilton and hate Mariott because of the worst pillows at Mariott. Hilton usually had better stiffer pillows. But this Hilton location was different. Really bad pillows. The pillows would compress to a thin layer under the wait of your head. We are a large group who stayed here for three nights and everyone had horrible sleep all threw nights due to the pillows. It really made a big negative impact for the team because everyone were so tired for the day events due to bad sleep. Advise to Hilton - Please invest on quality pillows. All of your other great services would be erased due to a simple bad choice you made.
